Just don't...

The best part about this place is its size with two bedrooms and a nice balcony. Other than that... It had wifi?

When we arrived on a rental car we took, there was a huge problem to park a vehicle. There is no dedicated space to park anywhere close in that area and we had to circle around the neighborhood a few times to find a spot. That is a big problem if you have luggage and pet carriers as we did. The place is at the 4th floor with 7 stair ramps to get there. I learned the exact number of ramps as I had to bring all my luggage by foot since there was no elevator in the building. It would have been nice to mention it to your guests explicitly. When we got in, we were shocked to see the state of the kitchen. The amount of built up dirt was utterly disgusting! It was absolutely everywhere: fridge, countertops, stove, appliances, sink, utensils, cutlery and the list can go on and on... We spent entire evening just to clean it so we could prepare some food later. The electric kettle hasn't been washed since 2000 bc and it had layered limescale we had to remove. When it was finally clean there were damages inside like someone tried to clean it with a sharp utensil a few decades ago. The coffee machine was broken and leaked. The oven was so trashed we never opened it the second time. I could write a book of how dirty the kitchen was but you should get the idea already. On one of the bed sheets there was a red stained spot. Who in their right might would still put it on for their guests? The main reason we were attracted to this unit was the nice photo of the bathtub. To our surprise, it had no plug and there was not enough hot water to fill the bath even half way. Speaking of the hot water- there is none in the kitchen. You will wash your dishes with ice cold water. Finally, the area seems to be in a busy street but other than one fast food place and a bakery there were no places to go.

Well located house for quite a good price with a nice balcony, but not perfect for 6.

The house has a very nice balcony and is quite close to the city centre. The communication with the host was very good and speedy.

Although it is a 6 person house, it seemed not to be fully equipped for 6 people (for example there were only 4 table chairs and 2 bar chairs). The house wasn’t too clean when we arrived.

Dozvoljen boravak psima! 🥰💕 Ulazak na šifru. Vlasnik ne ometa za vrijeme boravka. Jako brz internet. Postoje komarice na prozorima i rolete koje vam omogućuju potpuni mrak u prostoriji.

Trebalo bi promijeniti madrac u jednoj sobi ili staviti nadmadrac. Sve ostalo je super 🥰

L'emplacement, proche du centre historique. La cuisine était bien équipée et l'appartement était grand avec suffisamment d'espace pour 5 adultes, notamment dans la salle de bains. L'hôte est également très réactif.

Des couvertures plus larges pour les lits seraient nécessaires, elles sont un peu étroites pour les lits 2 personnes.

Sängen i första sovrummet var stenhård och saknade bäddmadrass. Den var otroligt obekväm. Täcken och kuddar var otroligt dålig kvalitet. Knöliga och tunna. Det var kallt i lägenheten och inget varmvatten i köket. Plats för 6 personer men bara en stekpanna, inga ugnsformar och inget rivjärn. Badkaret saknade plugg så det gick inte att bada. Alla dörrar, lister och fläkten var mycket smutsiga. Trappan utanför lägenheten såg ut som en soptipp. Det fanns inte något gemensamt sittutrymme där alla får plats. Bilderna är missvisande. Planritning hade varit bra. Det fanns ingen sopkvast eller dammsugare. Värden var otrevlig och det var otydlig information om in och utcheckning. Och det saknades information om varmvattnet i duschen. Området och huset var slitet och fullt av skräp i trädgården och i alla buskage.

Er was een wasmachine en een vaatwasser.

Het was ontzettend vies. Bij het openen alle lades in de keuken bleef je hand letterlijk vast plakken. Te goor voor woorden. We hebben zelf de keuken zitten te poetsen om het te verbeteren. Bij het aankaarten van dit probleem bij de gastheer was de reactie 'oh wat vervelend' en daar bleef het bij. Waardeloos.

Очень любезный хозяин, хорошое расположение, близость к супермаркету, месному мини рынку, недалеко от старого города

Чистота , квартира была в отпечатках пальцев от двери до микроволновой, грязные двери, полотенца были ужасно твердые без капли ополаскивателя и было очень неприятно пользоваться. Не было кондиционера в спальне, в здании нет лифта , а квартира находиться на третем этаже. Нет прикроватных розеток , телефон приходтлось заряжать от розетки от теливизора.

Izuzetno prostran apartman opremljen svim uređajima koje si čovjek može poželjeti. Miran kraj blizu stadiona Poljud. Uvijek se nađe mjesto za parking u krugu 50 metara. Veliki televizori u svakoj prostoriji.

Nemamo prigovora. Ponovno bi došli u ovaj apartman.
