Great apartment situated on the ground floor and perfect for storing hire bike. Nice and cool with air conditioning and situated within a short walk of the old town. 15 to 20 minute walk from bus station. Very comfortable and functional with a nice bathroom and Wi-Fi worked well. Whole experience with booking, arrival, key collection from secure safe and check out was really easy.

We spent three nights at the Árbol apartment in Split and the experience was absolutely wonderful. What we loved most was its strategic location: it's in a super quiet and peaceful area, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time just a stone's throw from the city center, where there's a vibrant atmosphere, restaurants, and a lively scene. We want to highlight two key points that made all the difference for us: The comfort of the bed: It's spectacular, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of walking. The cleanliness: The facilities were spotless, everything was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Without a doubt, a top-notch accommodation that we highly recommend.

Türe leider nicht 100% dicht, jedoch könnte man dieses Problem schnell und einfach mit einer Lippendichtung für die Türe fixen.

Absolutely the same as the description, clean, it was in the downtow, near to the Riva, everything was available by a short walk.

The bedding, there were a double blankets instead of two simple (i arrived with my sister).
