Great location, close to old town around 5 mins walk

Great location, very close to old town in walking distance. We stayed there for 2 nights and easy to get to old town for siteseeing or food. Also with kitchen and laundry machine that would save traveller's life. We even go jogging in nearby hill to enjoy the top down view of Split. Thanks.

All in all , it was ok but actually a shame to miss the promise. I would just recommand to Bruno to spend a little money

The location is great . Calm and directly connected to the old city center. The flat is clean and spacious

The equipment is very poor for the price … the beds are ok but the reading lights can be connected to the power only if they are on the floor. The curtain bar is too short . The kitchen is poorly equipped ( just a few different plates , different glasses and nothing to actually cook . It looks like a student kitchen . There is no place for the microwave and the dinning table is unstable … that’s a pity…. For a few hundred € this flat could be very nice

Very good

Location is fantastic. Very quiet place to stay. Lovely big comfortable beds and reasonably cool despite the heat wave at the time of staying. There is also air con. Lovely spacious apartment.,

The shower - was lovely when it went - however there is a button you need to press for the water to start and this didn't work so it was difficult to use. Secondly despite the three adults using the shower having very quick showers there was not enough hot water. Needs a plug for the kitchen sink so you can do the dishes. Needs a chopping board. Despite this it is a great, clean, spacious apartment and we very much enjoyed our stay and the cost was very good.

Great location, friendly and helpful host, clean and wonderful air con! Split is so beautiful and this place offers an escape from the hustle and bustle and heat within east walking distance of the old town and great restaurants.

the rooms are very big, the location is perfect and Bruno, our contact with the property help us a lot with a ton of recommendations and was very nice!

the only thing we didn’t like was the loud noise of the cicadas in the trees near-by.

Beautiful apartment with tons of space

The apartment was huge and comfortable without anything missing. It was very clean and beautiful. The city center was really close, it took only a few minutes walking to get there with tons of great restaurants. There are also a to my supermarket and some bakeries nearby. The host was also very nice and helpful.

Best apartment to stay in Split!

Bruno is the best host; very responsive and helpful. He recommended so many great places to us that now we need to be back to see them all. He even left us a bottle of local liquor. The apartment was very comfortable and had absolutely everything that a family with 2 kids may need. Location to the center is optimal so we could park our car ( plenty of parking on the streets around) and walk to the old city in less than 10 minutes. We stayed in 2 different places in Split and this one we hope to come back to in our next visit.

The apartment is ideally located, clean, modern, well furnished, and has high ceilings. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication and a great experience overall!

Location, perfectly clean, great hosts, spacious. We need everything for a stay of 4, 5 nights.

Spacious, surprisingly beautifully decorated luxury apartment, sunny, just 10 minutes' walk to the old town, 20 minute walk to the promenade and the beach under the Marjan Forest Park, full of pine trees and shade. An excellent and kind host who dedicated their time to us and made our stay even better. They put in the effort that we all need. The balcony is wonderful for tea time. We enjoyed it was a stay in a nice apartment. We will choose this apartment again. Great for families with kids and larger groups. Free parking where there is always free space. We recommend!

Un Departamento Impecable, Insuperable

El depto estaba 10/10 realmente un depto amplio luminoso, se agradece el diseño minimalista pero con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda , después de un ajetreado día, nuestro anfitrión fue un diez muy amable y siempre dispuesto ayudar, estaba muy bien ubicado, había que caminar al casco histórico pero no más de 15 minutos, todo cerca y agradable, sin duda ha sido uno de los mejores alojamiento que hemos tenido por precio y calidad , lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Bell'appartamento a 10 min dal centro di Spalato. Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario che ci ha dato anche altre indicazioni su cosa fare e cosa vedere. L'appartamento è molto spazioso.

Está muy bien ubicado, a 15/20min de todo lo que tienes que ver en Split. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Bruno superamable. Apartamento superconfortable y equipado (mejor que las fotos; con micro-ondas).

Ubicación excelente: a 5 minutos a pie de la ciudad vieja. Suele haber sitio para aparcar gratuitamente en la parte trasera del alojamiento o ascendiendo un poco más.
