An overall perfect stay for our family, we'd love to come back!

A perfect accommodation for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler) that offers everything to make your stay pleasant and relaxed. The property is located in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood within 10-15 minutes walk to the gorgeous historic Old Town of Split on one side and a picturesque string of pebble and rocky beaches (Kaštelet) with breathtaking views of the sea on the other side. A cute playground surrounded by trees and plenty of sitting oppotunities and a cafe/bar nearby. Jadranka is the kindest and most welcoming host we have ever met! We would love to come back as we felt right at home. All necessary utensils, appliances, even toiletries, cleaning products, basic cooking essentials and so much more. Efficient air conditioning. We loved that our young child had his own little bedroom and was able to sleep without disturbance. Easiest check in and check out, great throughout.

Iva Apartment: Lovely Apartment and a convenient location out of the way of the city center chaos!

The location was a bit away from the city center, but the walk was only 19-15 minutes and gave us plenty of chances to admire the fantastic marina and boats. I felt safe in the area and our host was extremely accommodating with quick responses to our questions. It was nice to have a king size bed after traveling for several weeks. Having a washing machine was fantastic

It would be nice to have A/C in the bedrooms, but we survived with the help of a fan left by the host.

All you want from an apartment

Everything!!!!!! The location is really good! Short walk to the city center or a 3.5 euro Uber and close to the beanch!!!! Quiet, close to a supermarket.... the host is Everything that you want, kind flexible fantastic communication and allowed us doing early check-in and kept our luggage when we left. The apartment sparkling clean, comfortable quiet!!! Amazing experience!

Fantastic accommodation. Don't miss the opportunity.

Everything!! Starting with the hostess. She is the loveliest person you could ever meet! We travelled from Germany and were totally and utterly destroyed by corona induced traffic nightmares. She waited for us in the apartment until 23:00. She'd thought about us being hungry and had bought us bread, eggs, juices, water, basic items etc. Such a lovely lady! Good point to note here is that she has a great attitude regarding payment. We didn't have to pay anything up front, even when I insisted, she would only take money when she was happy that WE WERE HAPPY! In these Corona times I find there are so many establishments taking advantage, charging people for cancelling through no fault of their own. This lady is certainly not fitting to that category. Location is great. Walk to the beach front in less than 5 mins. So many fabulous restaurants, shops, things to do. I'm not going to tell you - find out for yourselves. Apartment is well equipped. Everything you need. Washing machine is easy to use. No tumble drier, hang outside. We had our hairy, dirty dog with us and he was totally accepted at no additional cost. The bed is super comfy. Loads of storage space. More than you will need!!

We had such a great time here, I'm struggling to find any negatives! Anything I say in a negative tone is only to be taken as constructive criticism, there is nothing "unlikeable" about this property. I'm missing it already, after leaving on Tuesday!! Car parking is very tight on the street, you need good timing. We never had a big problem, you can always drive around onto the next street. The main problem is the assholes who park their scooters across entire car spaces. We didn't use the garage, were happy with the street parking. Neighbours are noisy and can be easily heard. But mainly when you're in the bathroom, as it has a connecting wall to the public hallway. But these points are no reflection on the host or the property itself.

Отличное месторасположение. Старый город, рынки, супермаркеты, аптеки, пляжи и набережная: все в пешей доступности. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для отдыха. Владелица Jadranka была все время на связи и помогала решить все возникающие вопросы. Советуем эти апартаменты!

Bardzo przytulne mieszkanie, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Było wszystko czego potrzeba do codziennego funkcjonowania. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Najbardziej gościnny gospodarz jakiego poznaliśmy w Chorwacji. Pani właścicielka przemiła , pomocna i przyjaźnie nastawiona do gości.
