Everything in the property is very new. There is one bathroom and one shower room. All bedrooms are spacious.. Very nice landlord helped to keep the parking space and explained the details, which is very useful.

Great location, great host.

The apartment is well appointed, has a/c in each room, modern appliances, beach towels, washer, easy to walk to historic town center, free street parking (for small vehicles), balcony, and very clean. Host met us and was very welcoming and provided maps, and directions to all of the local points of interests.

The second bathroom as noted by other reviews is more like a half bathroom. It does have a shower that is small.

Excellent choice for your stay in historic district of Split!

Nicely located very walkable to the center of old town action, restaurants, historical sites, etc. accommodations were comfortable and spacious, we had everything we needed… very equipped kitchen too! Highly recommend!

Great stay, recommend this!

Very clean, well equipped spacious apartment. The host met us at check-in and explained many things about the apartment to us, including how to park at the street parking ( interesting experience!). The Host provided ample coffee capsules & tea bags, cooking oil / salt/ pepper, which we appreciated much.

Excellent place to make a home on the road with a perfect host in Arsen.

The apartment was excellent, roomy, comfortable, lots of hot water, good window coverings. And Arsen, our host, was thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions we had or any (small) problems we encountered. We stayed for a month. When we would leave for a couple of days to explore (Dubrovnik, Mostar, Zadar) returning to the apartment and neighborhood felt like coming home. Thank you, Arsen!

Lovely, very spacious and clean apartament with all facilities, good location with 10min walk to town. Arsen is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We couldn't ask for more.

Perfect apartment and host!

Property was central, few minutes walk to the Riva, our host was very thoughtful, lots of little touches like beach towels, laundry liquid, milk, juice and wine supplied on arrival, he showed us how everything worked. Top quality linen and toiletries supplied. We had a lovely stay, highly recommend!

Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet, hell, mit allem Komfort und tiptop sauber. Auf dem kleinen Balkon hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. In Fussentfernung gelegen zur Altstadt und Hafen. In der Nähe gibt es eine kleine hervorragende Bäckerei und mehrere Supermärkte.

Das Parken in der Strasse und den angrenzenden Vierteln ist frei, allerdings war es nicht immer einfach einen freien Parkplatz zu finden.
