A well appointed and newly furnished property

Perfect location , clean with everything you need Comfy beds and lots of fluffy towels x Would recommend highly
We love walking but I guess if you don’t then should consider it’s a 15 minute walk into Old Town . For us this was perfect as we loved taking in the sights and experiencing Split

Perfect apartment, great host.
Perfect apartment. It was spacious, amazingly clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location - it was a few minutes outside of the Old Town, which we thought was great as it was a lovely, quiet area, but very quick to walk to the busy areas. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Tomislav, the host, was fantastic. He kept in touch to make sure we were okay - so helpful. Highly recommended.

Luxurious stay not far from city center
Very luxurious apartment. An oasis in an area with worn appartement buildings. Finished to a very high standard. Everything is in there. Impeccable. Location is very close to center.
The area surrounding the apartment is like a getto. It is not. But It looks that way.

Beautiful large quiet apartment with great amenities !
Everything ! This 2-bedroom / 2-bath apartment was spacious & just exquisite & extremely beautiful. I'm a retired Architectural Interior Designer & from the moment I stepped in, I realized that every detail was beautiful done, from the quartz counter tops, well chosen porcelain tile everywhere, beautiful flooring w/a pleasant color palette throughout, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Washer & a dryer, which is was a plus. The sound & security screens on all the casement windows was perfect even for a quiet residential neighborhood street. Easy access in & out w/a door code. A convenient supermarket across the street was great. It was an easy 17 minute walk down to the Riva promenade. All was exactly what we were looking for...Great stay !
