A short walking-distance to the old city. Easy to find

Ok for short stay

It’s same as the photos & descripción. The location is good, easy 20-30 minutes walk to centre & pier, very close to Marjan park Suma. The place is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, spacious Bathroom. Communication with Dina is very good.

Lacks a proper work top and chair in the bedroom. Although it is shown that it’s a mezzanine floor room, windows are internal, facing the lobby entrance, it is really very humid, with no ventilation & fresh air. Must turn on the air con all the time, and then it gets freezing cold.

it was close to the city center, 15 minutes walking

The apartment is really a room, the kitchen and the dining room is for three rooms, you have a cooler very small, don’t have any table, and is impossible to cook or dinner if other people are doing. on the booking page it implies that it is an apartment, but it is not. In the bathroom there is an extractor fan that did not turn off when the light was closed and made a lot of noise, so the first day we notified the owner, he was an extremely unfriendly person, he radically invited us to leave the apartment. In addition, the rooms are very dark, the windows cannot be opened because they face the street and they smell very badly of humidity. no one from the property came to see the house or asked us if we were comfortable.

Amazing place

Very modern, neat and tidy. Great localisation! Very comfortable bed and Great bathroom. Also, You can use the kitchen which is well equipped. Friendly and helpful owner. Small fridge in the room and a smart tv were very useful too :) I would totally recommend this place and would love to go back there again.

Le ménage n’était pas parfait, odeur d’humidité, production d’eau chaude pas assez importante pour les 3 appartements. Obligé de prendre une douche froide pour les derniers occupants. La Litterie est un peu fatiguée. Il manque une porte dans la douche du bas et l’eau coule sur le sol de la salle de bain. Et réveillé par des travaux à 7h30 dans l’appartement voisin.

La ubicación es próxima al centro histórico y a distintas avenidas para tomar transporte público (10-15 min a pie). La habitación super cómoda y las instalaciones con absolutamente todo lo necesario, incluso una lavadora para usar libremente que nos vino de maravilla. El acceso autónomo es óptimo y la respuesta a nuestras inquietudes por chat con buen tiempo de respuesta

La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación demoraba en ser leída por el lector de la puerta, debíamos intentar varias veces cada vez que íbamos a ingresar

La calidad del alojamiento no se corresponde con el precio que pagas.

El barrio era tranquilo. Tiene una cocina común con los utensilios suficientes para algo básico.

Había humedades en las paredes y suelo de la habitación.No se corresponde con las fotos. El mobiliario anticuado y la limpieza se podría mejorar. La propietaria poco profesional, a las 14 pm, hora del check in, nos dijo que teníamos que entrar 40 min más tarde.

Studio Comodo y cercano al centro

Bien ubicado , cerca del centro . En 10 minutos estás en calle comercial.. Supermercado cerca. Habitación y studio bien insonorizado. Amplio.Aire acondicionado silencioso.,minibar.. Baño amplio. Cocina aparte común bien equipada y salón studio. Fue un detalle dejar básicos para cocinar.

La ducha no tiene mampara , ni cristal . El agua se sale continuamente. Necesita algún soporte extra en paredes para las toallas mojadas. En la cocina hubiese estado bien una cafetera y tostador.. Ventana a la calle que aunque tiene rejas no tienes privacidad para abrir ya que estás expuesto totalmente.No es necesario ya que dispone de aire acondicionado.
