Comfortable apartment a short walk from central Split

Comfortable room with efficient air con. Friendly helpful host. Well equipped small kitchenette. Very comfortable bed. Location good for getting into central Split, catching taxis outside of the centre and Marjan hill area.

Too many decorations /ornaments on the surfaces for me. The kitchenette is very compact, but adequate for making breakfast/lunch

Excellent location! The room is very clean and everything you could need is provided including extra pillows. The apartment is only a few minutes from the old town with some nice restaurants close by. There's also a large supermarket nearby in case needed. The shower area is also quite wide and generous.

It's a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was not a bother.

A great place to stay

We really loved this apartment - it was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had pretty much everything you'd need for your stay, including air conditioning which was very welcome. The location is excellent, it's in a quiet area but it's just a short walk to the old town or to the promenade. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by which was handy. Communication with our host was excellent and he was waiting for us with the key and gave us useful information about the area and places to eat. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there's a bit of an incline walking up to the apartment and there are 41 steps up to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

It would have been useful to have had more than one towel hook or maybe a towel rail in the bathroom. A minor detail in an otherwise perfect apartment.

Exceptional.

Location is perfect! Short 5 minute walk to the center and far away from the noise. The room is spacious and clean. Frane was a great help as well in answering all our questions and helping us arrange drivers.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the hot water is limited. Don’t let that stop you from booking though!

A delightful stay

We had such a wonderful stay at Fran’s Airbnb in Split! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the Old Town and all the amazing restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious with modern décor, making it really comfortable to come back to after exploring. Fran was an incredible host, super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect base to enjoy Split!

The only small downside was that the room didn’t have much natural light, but it wasn’t a big issue overall.

Excellent stay

Beautiful small studio. Very modern. Stairs up had old Croatian vibes which was lovely. Plenty of linen for your stay. Host was easy reach and ready to meet despite delayed flights. Very amenable. 3 minutes walk into split promenade

Great studio apartment with everything nearby. Stylish modern studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this apartment. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Split.

Would have been nice to have a clean half way during the stay. However, this is a minor issue and wouldn’t stop not stop me from staying here again.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment . Beautifully decorated and spotless . Such comfortable bed . Lots of fresh towels . Warm welcome and really helpful hosts. Close to all the sights . Two ladies travelling and felt very safe and happy here . Highly recommended

beyond my wildest expectations in every way

The apartment was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and all features were exactly as described. The hosts were prompt in any responses, always helpful and made every effort to check on my stay during that several days I was there. I would certainly recommend this property and would definitely select it again in the future. Central location, secure neighborhood, close to all town features within walking distance. It was fantastic. It was a great value for the money.

It was nothing that didn’t exceed my expectations about this property. I would be the first to recommend staying here to anyone who asked.

Very nice , clean and stylish appartment, few streets away from the center. Quite area and a parking lot in front of the building. Be quick to get a spot..we were very lucky to get one at arrival.
