Excellent apartment near Old Town

Large, clean and fully equipped apartment with 3! bathrooms which was very convenient as we were with a group of 6 women. Just a few steps from the beautiful old town and many restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood

Wonderful location, quiet, clean property.

Location was amazing. We were 6 females travelling together so really appreciated having 4 bathrooms (3 showers).

Some of our party complained about having no hot water for showers. Others had hot showers. So 2 of us thought the showers were great, 4 complained about low water temperature. The steps were very steep with no handrails and were quite slippery. You had to be very careful navigating them.

Perfect for a group trip in the heart of Split

Absolutely perfectly located in the heart of Split Old Town along a lovely vibrant street with lots of good restaurants, and easy walking distance to the centre and to transport for the day trips we went on. The house was very clean and well-provisioned, and the beds very comfortable. Key pickup was smooth and overall this was a perfect place to stay!

Good stay, could do with an update

The location was amazing and was only a very short walk to the Old Town. It was a very safe and quiet neighbourhood.

The accommodation could do with an update and refresh, the facilities in the kitchen could do with a review with odd matching plates, bowls, cutlery was old and broken furniture in the hallway. The stairs are tricky and you need to be careful on them. There was only one working ring on the cooker and the places was a little grubby on arrival.

Keeps what it promises…

It is in the centre spreizendes by restaurants. A supermarket is 100m nearby. To old town it is a 5 min walk. It at all…enough bedrooms for several people. Drago is a nice and supportive host living just on the opposite site of the street in case anything needed

The stairs are very steep and dangerous. No hand rails and two of the bathroom doors opened onto staircase. Had to leave bathroom light on at night to make sure we didn’t fall down the stairs!

Amazing location in the heart of Split. Clean apartman that is perfect for a group.

A bit tight, as the accomodation had 3 floors, but this was not a surprise for us.

Great location.

Great location, close to restaurants. Parking nearby. Great owners. There were 8 of us and we had a great time. Washing machine was helpful. Lots of equipment in the kitchen.

The living space was small, but it did not matter as it was such a great location

Um alojamento central perfeito para quem não quer andar de carro ou transportes

Muito central e muitas divisões Vários quartos e casas de banho

Havia falta de água quente não nos incomodou muito porque era verão e estavam noites quentes mas é chato. Outra questão é a informação que nos dão para chegar a casa sendo que é numa rua sem carros apenas pedonal foi complicado perceber e o nosso keyholder não falava muito inglês o que dificultou o processo

Ciasno, zimna woda w łazience, strome schody, bardzo gorąco pomimo klimatyzacji na dole- w pomieszczeniu gdzie jest kuchnia, na samej górze nie da się wytrzymać bez klimatyzacji a wtedy okna muszą być zamknięte więc jest ciasno i klaustrofobicznie
