Great place and highly to anyone, would definitely stay again if returning to Split

A clean and comfortable stay that manages to be both quiet but also quite central to the main city

-Clean space and facilities. Great shower pressure and bathroom -Good air conditioning unit to keep you cool during the heat -Humble, modern aesthetic

-Could do with a better duvet with better weighting considering how everything else was provided to quite a high standard. Essentially just a bed sheet and blanket -Shower space should have a barrier/curtain to prevent water from spraying out which would allow for more free movement in the shower -There was a huge opening on the main building's entrance door so practically anyone could crawl through inside. This issue was luckily resolved within a day

Good accomodation in a central location. Host was very supportive with good communication.

Road noise during peak times, but closing the window and putting air con on low during these periods overcame it.

Absolutely loved my stay – a beautiful apartment, perfect location, and a wonderful host.

I was very happy with my stay here. The apartment is modern, fresh, and very comfortable, with everything you need. It was spotless and had a pleasant smell inside. The host was especially great – always in touch, welcomed me personally, explained everything, and gave many useful tips. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the main attractions, with restaurants, a supermarket, and parking nearby.

Lovely night spent here! Such a lovely room, comfy bed and great bathroom. Easy to check in!

The only annoying thing would be you can’t just google it to find it. You have to copy and paste the address in if needed.

A lovely clean space with all the facilities you need for a two night stay in Split. Great location, easily walkable to the all the main areas and the seafront. The concierge, Frane, was exceptional both before and during our stay, communicating with us and responding to questions about our trip and stay. Would highly recommend 10/10

Very nice modern accommodation in the center of Split

Very modern with new furniture and nice spacious bathroom with comfortable bed. Communication went very smoothly about arrival and departure. Location is great as well.

Beautiful and modern property

This beautiful property is centrally located. You can walk to the main attractions. Supermarket nearby and all the amenities too. We liked the high tech inside the room. It was very cool. Frene was a great host. We were there when the tornado hit Split :( and he made sure we were ok by checking on us which was very sweet. He is very responsive and always available which is always a good plus!! Love the room!

I wish the bathroom was a little bit cleaner than how it was. There were stains and hair on the sink. The bed seemed like it was done in a rush pillows were not placed properly but that’s ok just aesthetically it would have been nice if everything was in order. The floor was dusty too. I kindly suggest to double check the cleanliness of the rooms for future guests :)

The location is 10/10 you are so close to the old town, a 2 minute walk from an excellent cafe we visited every day during our stay, a 1 minute walk to the supermarket. Very clean and comfortable

All the fixtures and fittings are brand new and excellent standard. Great location and the host is very helpful. Perfect for a comfortable place to sleep at night. Great Sony smart TV too.

This accommodation is 10/10- location so close to everything in split, approx 10 min walk to promenade, so clean and modern with all new appliances including a huge smart tv and rainfall shower, Frane the host was beyond helpful- such an easy check in, great communication from the start and was so kind to let us leave our luggage in his office for the entire day before our flight which helped us out so much, couldn’t fault this place!

Excellent modern room in great location

Amazing apartment room with modern facilities, good cleanliness, and a great location a short walk away from the old town. The hosting manager Frane was also excellent, he guided us on how to get into the property and gave advice about what to see and do. 100% recommended!

Fabulous city centre apartment

The apartment is beautiful, with high quality fixtures and fittings. State of the art electronic systems and sleek finishes. Very nice bedding and towels. Our host was super-friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting around the city centre and 15 minutes to the port.

We struggled to control the air con, but we are a bit tech-averse!

Lovely accommodation minutes from the centre of Split.

The apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable. It's walking distance to the town and beach, and beside a supermarket. Frane was great and made sure we had everything we needed, and arranged transport from the airport. We would definitely stay again, next time!

A stylish, modern apartment with great smart features and an amazing host!

Me and my wife stayed at Riviera Suites in Split, and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is modern, stylish, and finished to a really high standard. The smart lighting was a nice touch, and the TV had all the apps, which made it easy to relax in the evenings. Frane, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with—super helpful and gave us great recommendations for things to do in Split. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Vi förstod inte riktigt hur AC:n fungerade. Utsikten var kanske inte toppen heller men det var inget vi förväntade oss heller.

À refaire si je reviendrai à Split

Frane est un hôte gentil, serviable. La chambre propre et très très bien équipée. On n’a manqué de rien. La proximité au centre, au supermarché, restaurants.

La Clim. On a trouvé du mal à l’utiliser. Elle marchait le premier jour pourtant.

Wat een fijne plek! We hebben hier vier nachten geslapen en alles was echt top geregeld. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de locatie is ideaal: dichtbij het oude centrum van Split, met een supermarkt letterlijk om de hoek. Het contact met Frane, de verhuurder, verliep super soepel. Hij reageerde snel, was vriendelijk en regelde alles direct. Van een transfer van het vliegveld naar de accommodatie tot het regelen van een extra deken. Echt heel prettig. Kortom: een heerlijke uitvalsbasis in Split. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. Absolute aanrader!

10/10 super Unterkunft super Service alles perfekt

Eine Erfahrung wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel !! Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen beheizten Spiegel, damit das Glas während des Duschens nicht beschlägt. Unglaublich! So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen!
