Absolutely Perfect – One of the Best Apartments We've Ever Stayed In!! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was spacious, beautifully renovated, and had very high-end finishes throughout. Having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was perfect for our family of four, and everything was spotlessly clean. Both bedrooms have comfortable AMERICAN sized KING beds. The bathrooms were modern and beautiful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also ideal — just outside the busiest part of the city center, but only about a 5–10 minute walk to Diocletian’s Palace, the Riva, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry area. It was in a cute neighborhood with a grocery store and coffee shops that made us feel like locals. We loved being close to everything while still having a quieter place to come back to. One of the best parts was the incredible view from the balcony. We had beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea, the rooftops of Split, and the surrounding hills. It was such a great place to sit and enjoy the view. The hosts were exceptional. The couple who owns the apartment, along with their adult son, were incredibly kind and helpful. They met us at the apartment for check in and check out, helped coordinate everything for us, gave us great recommendations, and was always very responsive whenever we had a question. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Only minor complaint would be the water heater ran out of hot water quickly. It is on the fourth floor of a building, but there is an elevator and it never took long to get the elevator. The elevator ride is easily worth it for the view of the ocean from the balcony!

Damir and family met us at the property as we arrived. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a full tour of the apartment and showing us how various things worked/what switches to use/etc. Both bedrooms were a really good size with very comfy (firm) beds, loads of hanging space in the wardrobes and air con. Blackout blinds on the windows were good and, with the windows closed, could hear no noise from outside (mostly ciccadas making a din). Both bathrooms were also great - loo and double sink in both, one with a walk in shower and one with shower over bath; both equally good and well lit. Most (all?) of the kitchen equipment was like new and had everything we needed. Damir have even got us a bottle of wine and some juice to welcome us. Big fridge-freezer was good for all our drink , nibbles and ice. Dishwasher got used a few times and washed really quickly. The lounge diner was plenty big enough for us four .. the air con worked wonderfully (it was 35c+ most days) and always good to come back to. Sliding doors out to balcony overlooking Split was a joy to chill on - especially early mornings/late nights - with a great view down to the sea and Marjam Park. Walk down to the town was very easy, mostly flat and mostly pedestrian only. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and bars without having to go all the way into Old Town (only a few mins further). Easy walking. Overall a fabulous place to stay and our hosts were just lovely people. Would very highly recommend for two couples.

There was nothing to dislike with the apartment or location. Only one issue we had (Nothing to do with apartment) was when we hired a car and attempted to park. Split is a nightmare for this but I found a reasonably priced , large, car park just down the road from the apartment after a couple of expensive other options (EUR 5+ an hour!).

Everything about the apartment is excellent. Damir and wife are so good to give us house tour and explaining about the unit. It feels so much like home that we have hard time to leave the place. The apartment looks so much better in person and the view is so amazing. We book the unit to go to Ultra Europe Festival. It only takes 10 minutes by foot reach the festival area. And 10 minutes to reach the city centre by foot. And the best part is the apartment has lift! We would definitely book the unit again if we vwere ever in Split. Owners welcomed us at the property with some ice cream and beverages to cool down after our 4hr long drive. Can't get any better than that !!! Property was very clean, newly renovated and well furnished. Two bedroom with two bath , spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Loved every day here. View with early. Morning coffee at stay added a charm to our split stay !
