Apt itself is lovely but overlooking a building site & the entrance severely lets it down

Very clean and good facilities. Close to town.

The entrance to the building is behind the back of the building and feels a little unsafe after dark. The photos on the website are misleading - the view from the balcony was a building site!

Excellent!

Great apartment and perfect location, walking distance to old town, there are so many options around for dining and also a supermarket right there. The host was very kind and reachable all the time.

Great location! Comfortable apartment close to everything!

Great location. Super nice host. Very comfortable apartment. Parking but it can be a little tricky. Decorated super nice. Host left some fruit and drinks. Easy to get into the building. Next to a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

Address was a little hard to find but host met us out front. The apartment is super nice and has a balcony with a decent view but it is currently next to a big construction site and that would have been nice to have known beforehand. Parking can be a little tricky but the host made it work for us. We just left the car parked for the duration. It would have been too crazy to get it in and out. Also, there is paid parking nearby if you get in a parking bind.

Fabulous place to stay; really felt at home.

Great location (between Old Town and Marjan Park) - few minutes walk to both) and very comfortable apartment with great view and everything you could want or need. Our host, Vinko, met us at entry and explained everything. He even provided a lovely bottle of red to welcome us as well as some of his own delicious homemade walnut liqueur.

3 floors up and no lift. Construction next door.

A great harbor side apartment with great views and a quiet locale, but still close to nearly everything we cared about

Very charming apartment, perfect for 2 couples. Everything was as advertised. Great location on the harbor, easy walking to the Riva, Old Town, eateries, etc. A convenient grocery store in the same building. The owner, Vinko, met us when we arrived and was thorough showing us the apartment. A nice toast of a walnut liqueur and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy later were appreciated.

We had planned to rent a car the night before we checked out, but changed to pickup the next morning instead. The parking situation for the building’s tenants seemed very chaotic and we chose not to figure it out.

A truly perfect host—quick responses and seamless organization. The location is just a 2-minute walk from the main city waterfront and main promenades. Everything was well-arranged, clean and even the place smells amazing! Highly recommended.

great location, clean, big apartment, near the sea

the property was in a great location to the old town. short walk. was a view of the sea, was clean comfortable and good size. owner had left us a bottle of wine which was a nice welcome gift.

parking wasn’t the easiest as it’s first come first serve. unfortunately the building next door was being demolished and builders started at 7 am. not the owners fault though. three flights of stairs if you have mobility or accessibility issues

Fantastic, we loved our stay

The apartment was very well located. Walking distance to everything. Had a nice view of the sea. It was large enough for a family. The interior of the apartment was newly renovated and extremely clean. The apartment was very well stocked with lots of extras and had a good kitchen. The owner was accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. It was an excellent stay.

Lovely flat , comfortable ,well equipped and good location.

The flat was clean, modern , well equipped and very nicely decorated . The beds were extremely comfortable . The location was excellent , close to the old town , all attractions within walking distance. There is a well stocked shop below the apartment for everything you could need. There were two lovely bar/restaurants directly across the road if you didn’t feel like wandering far.

There was a side sea view from the balcony which was lovely , however the view directly across from the flat was not so nice , an empty graffitied building, the entrance to the apartment block also not so nice . We also weren’t prepared for how many flights of stairs up to the flat. We had a couple of issues during our stay- 1. a complete power outage , it took us some considerable time to get in touch with the flat owner. 2.The residents above were renovating their flat , there was considerable noise, drilling, hammering etc sometimes starting at 8am and carrying on till after 6pm at night ! It would also have been helpful if there was an oven .

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance of the apartment. The rooms were spacious. There were 2 bathrooms available.

The hot water ran out fairly quickly, granted we had a family of 4 in this apartment. Carrying large heavy luggage could be a problem as there are no elevators and 3 flights of stairs. No air conditioning in 1 of the 2 bedrooms.

Beautiful clean appartament in a great location.

The apartment is in a great location. An easy walk to the old town with sea views. It’s also right above a decent supermarket, so you can easily buy food if you wanted to eat in. Very amenable host and very pretty and clean apartment

The property is up quite a few flights of stairs and I don’t believe there is a lift. This wasn’t a problem for our family but just worth noting if someone in your party is less able bodied

Beautiful apartment and great service from the owners. I’ve stayed in several private apartments in Split - this one is easily the best mix of price to quality and by far the best location for easy access to the old town and best restaurants.

Would benefit from a lift, but fortunately stairs are an easy incline and not too taxing.
