Superbly beautiful and comfortable apt in a well maintained villa.

It’s in a particularly quiet, residential and convenient neighborhood. Walk to oceanfront cafes. Walk to old town. Short drive to beaches. Property has private parking, laundry and dish washer. The hostess even provides beach towels and beach mats. She’s super friendly and helpful. Gave us a box of amazing figs from her garden.

A Very Nice, Spacious Apartment

A clean, modern, spacious, well equipped apartment. A small veranda allowed for sitting/eating outside but the apartment is in a residential area and the view was to a pavement and road. The off street parking was very welcome.

There was very little no to like ! We had an enjoyable 5 night stay. The walk to the old town was easy enough but the uphill return journey a bit of trial after a long day ( but this author is in his 70's)

Stunning Enormous beautiful apartment in a superb location!

Anka apartment was the best one we stayed in Croatia (we stayed in 4 apartments and her one was the best). The master bedroom was enormous and photos don't do it justice. The location was perfect for walking to Diocletian's Palace, the beach and also Lucica restaurant by the harbour to watch the sunset (beautiful). Host really lovely.

Anka spoke little English but we didn't speak German or Croatian so we shouldn't expect it of her. We just would of like to be able to speak to her as she is such a lovely lady.

Great stay in Split.

Very large spotless 2 bedroom apartment close to the old city walking distance approx 1 klm. Host was lovely she gave us 3 beers and washing liquid to do our laundry when we arrived on our bikes as it was very hot. Also gave us secure parking for our bikes. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Split.

Great location, lots of space.

Lovely big main bedroom,good sized 2nd room. Good kitchen. Bathroom and shower fine. Small outdoor space although the owner offered the use of the upper terrace area ( we ate out so didn't use it). Pretty planting. Very near forest,lovely walks,small rocky beaches. Easy to walk to old town (12/15 minutes),both harbours (either side of peninsula) & beaches. Anka is very sweet and also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful. Would recommend this place!

Only aircon in main bedroom so smaller bedroom can get hot,have to leave all doors open.

Very good apartment and great location.

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were 4 adults and hence the studio apartment was a bit small for us. Location was very good. About 20 minutes walk to old town. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Amazing host

Amazing location with an only 20 minutes walk until you reach the city, everything is clean and nice and the host is the kindest host I have ever met, who even made us pancakes the evening before we left. I have nothing negative to add, we enjoyed our stay a lot and our host was very accommodating.

Delightful stay!

The apartment was lovely, had air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. Everything was perfect and the hosts were delightful (but not very fluent in English, German was fine though)

The pillows were too big/too stiff for me, but that's a super minor concern, I slept on my own pillow

We were made very welcome and were warmly brought watermelon. Very well located accommodation. I recommend for 4 people not more.

Flat too small for 5 people, shame the balcony isn't bigger to eat outside.

They were lovely apartments, we had 3, the family were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were very clean and fresh and fairly well equipped.

We had 3 apartments. 2 did not have a washing machine. 1 was 2 bedrooms but the air conditioning was only in 1 bedroom and nowhere else in apartment.

Simo i Yoli

Free parking in the yard! But also, pretty close to the centre on foot - just 10 minutes from the start of the old town + it's 10 mins from one of the beaches and also at the edge of Marjan park. Awesome location overall! For two persons it was more than spacious inside. The pictures don't show reality at all. I recommend to the hosts to take better pictures inside and show how big and new it is. It's a real Adriatic style villa! : ) The hosts were really nice. They left refreshments in the fridge. The two A/Cs were not working properly and after we complained in the evening, the host brought a mechanic in the morning and fully fixed them. We didn't even expect or hope for it. We just wanted to give them notice and maybe help the next guy. The kitchen is the most fully equipped we've seen in any room we've booked - dishwasher, pans, all the big and small stuff needed for cooking. It's made for living there rather than staying for a few nights. The bathroom is spacious and the bathtub is a hydro massage one.

No shampoo, etc. but not a big concern.

Excellent place, everything is close - beaches, old town, park Marjan, fish market, all places is within walking distance. Anka is very helpful and hospitable owner. Apartment is clean, excellent equipment - there is everything you need, air conditioner is in living room and in the bedroom. Next time we will stay here with big pleasure.

Very good

The host is very nice and helpful! There are two bedrooms, beds can be arranged as single or double (connected by mattress connector, it was comfortable), one bedroom has AC, the apartment itself is rather cool, because it is located in semi-basement.

The only thing was lack of AC in one bedroom, which made it quite warm during night at early morning hours.

Perfect location/close to beach

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Not to mention that the owner is very hospitable and very pleasant and helpful. She has a very nice garden and we even get to try her tomatoes and parsley! This place is highly recommended! Close to the beach and city center. We even enjoyed walking around the Marjan park.

Fantastic Stay !

The apartment was extremely clean and COVID 19 secure and had disinfectant and hand sanitiser provided and social distancing was maintained. The apartment is in an excellent location to Marjan national park which is a beautiful walk and lovely cove like beaches and is only a 20 minute walk into Split city centre. There is a Lidl which is only a convenient 10 minute walk away. The apartment is very big and has great facilities such as a large kitchen and jacuzzi bath. Anka is a brilliant host who is flexible and would recommend anyone who wants to visit Croatia to stay here!

Надзвичайно приємний персонал! Дуже чисто, є все необхідне. Приємний бонус, що у Хорватії з крану можна пити воду. Розташування зручне: поряд пляж, старе місто. На нашій вулиці цей будиночок був найкращий)))) часто спостерігали, що люди, прогулюючись поряд, звертали на нього увагу.

Schönen Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Unterkunft, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es ist ruhiger Umgebung und trotzdem nah an der schönen Stadt, mit viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hatte im Kühlschrank kalte Getränke bereitgestellt.

Das einzige was als Minuspunkt kommt, dass die kleine Balkone. Es hat zwar jedes Zimmer ein Balkon aber man kann höchstens zu zweit da sitzen. Wir haben aber uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excelente lugar para tener una estadia comoda y tranquila en Split

Respecto a la ubicacion: La ubicacion es excelente. A pasos de reserva natural con playas. El centro es accesible caminando, ya que las distancias son cortas. El barrio es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Respecto a la casa: El acceso es muy accesible. La casa es muy comoda, con habitaciones amplias y utensillos completos si se prefiere cocinar. posee un parking privado y una zona comun con sillones y mesa al exterior. Respecto a la anfitriona: Hemos tenido una experiencia muy linda. Nos recibieron muy amablemente y con una comunicacion constante indicandonos todo lo que necesitabamos saber para llegar y tener una estadia comoda. Se agradece mucho tener anfitrionas/es pendientes de que nuestra estadia sea la mejor. Totalmente recomendable :)

Var her m mine barn og deres venner og kjæreste, tilsammen 8. Vi hadde to veldig flotte leiligheter ved siden av hverandre. Vi kom m bil, så betryggende å ha den bak lukket port. Veldig bra beliggenhet m kort tur til gamlebyen, matbutikker og også kort tur til usjenerte badesteder på nordsiden av park suma Marjan. Fantastisk hyggelig vertinne som var behjelpelig m alt vi spurte om, bl.a. klesvask og elbillading.
