Great apartment near main promenade!

Everything was very modern, and working as expected. Two bathrooms, the kitchen, bedroom and sitting room were all nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had a full size fridge, and all the tools you can think of needing. We were a 10 minute walk from the main promenade which was very convenient to get to the main area, but kept us out of the noise when we got back too. Overall, it was an incredible apartment, had everything we needed, and was the best one we stayed in while travelling in Croatia.

This is more a personal preference, I found the bed very soft, and I prefer my beds to be firm. There is construction happening next door but you don’t hear it, and it doesn’t interfere with your day to day, however there was scaffolding over the windows, so we didn’t get to enjoy looking out the windows often and rather kept the blinds closed.

Beautiful and luxurious corner apartment

The apartment and location were absolutely gorgeous. On the edge of the harbour, you can take 20 steps outside and hit the water, but there is no bustle of the city.

Not something the apartment can help, but there is a big construction project happening around it, it can be quite dusty on sunny days.

Sensational apartment, loved it.

We were two couples travelling together. This was a fantastic apartment in the most amazing location. We could walk to the old town in just 10 minutes, great restaurants and bars along the way, beautiful view of the marina. Light, bright and very spacious apartment with good facilities. Contact prior and during our stay was easy and prompt. Check in and check out were seamless. We were recommended this apartment from a friend and it did not disappoint. Would recommend to anyone.

Home away from home.

The accommodation is simply like staying in your own apartment. The host of this accommodation is fantastic. Everything is as depicted on the site and better. It is situated in a quiet area and a short flat walk from all the amenities. The apparent is sea facing.

Amazing home base in split

Amazing location, the beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were pristine and the whole place was renovated and nice. You are walking distance to town, bus stops, ferry/boat pick up locations and Marjan Hill.

This stay could’ve been so much better.

The location is pretty good, we never needed to walk more than 15-25 minutes to get wherever we were going. The apartment is spacious, although bedroom is cramped. It was nice to have a washing machine and a second bathroom - both were luxuries we appreciated. The owner communicated promptly.

I hate complaining but it needs to be said. There is a massive construction site immediately next to this property. They start work early and there are very bright flood lights that light up the bedroom all night. I wish I had known about the impact of this project prior to booking. I regret to say, I would’ve never stayed here if I had known. The lights were beyond obnoxious and caused us to lose a lot of sleep for this portion of our vacation. Every night was rough. I know the owner can’t help the construction (which is an enormous project that will not be done anytime soon) but black out shades may go a long way in helping the room not seem like daytime when it’s night.

It is a beautiful, cool(in all senses!) apartment. Marin is thoughtful and helpful and the instructions are excellent.

Location, air conditioning and very good communication. Lovely view. Quiet area but close to historic centre. Very stylish, immaculate and comfortable.

It is luxurious, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The cleopatra shower was amazing!

Beautiful, quiet, central spot on the water

The property was in a fantastic location, on the water, just a short walk to the center of town so quieter than being directly city center, 2 cafes right across the street, great access to Ubers and Taxis to go to two different beach locations. Apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials and host was great answering questions and giving advice about the city.

I like the big space, modern looking, very nice apartment. Good kitchen space and appliances and service ware.

There were so many dead and live cockroaches around the apartment. We stayed for 2nights and saw more than a dozen of them. Also, the staff forgot to mention about the water heating situation. There will be limited water heating supply each day, once finished only cold water to use for the remaining day to shower. We are 4 people staying. Once 2 of us finish showering, the other 2 left with cold water which is ridiculous.

The apartment is beautiful with great amenities and the location is PERFECT, right across the road from the marina (with Bars, restaurants and coffee shops) and a short walk away from the old town. Definitely recommend and would stay there again

Best apartment I’ve seen in Croatia

Property is amazing, in an amazing location. The only thing I would say is that the photos don’t do it justice on booking.com didn’t expect to see 2 massive TVs, USB ports on plugs, Bose Speakers and a really nice bathroom. If you are staying in split stay here.

In an area being re-generated so some d derelict buildings nearby but this shouldn't put anyone off as it's very safe and you can walk straight over the road Nd walk past the luxury yachts instead

Cool modern place

Nice place all facilities are new and clean

There was a torn towel and they are two single beds not one king size bed so they always get shifted in the morning and away from each other with a gap in between. The bed is not comfortable at all.

Speechless!!!

Nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in! Every detail has been thought out, beautiful design and super easy communication with the host. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave the apartment! Very comfortable beds and the bathroom is awesome. Location is also great, very close walk to everything and the store is right there too. Do yourself a favour and stay there!
