Stunning, spacious and luxurious apartment located in a quite street next to ACY Marine, 10 minutes walk from beautiful beach named "colored light" and just 6-7 minutes walking distance from UNESCO-listed Diocletians Palace. Near apartment there is a park forest Marjan witch offers many relaxation activities like walking and cycling, kids playground...
The popural Riva Promenade is just 50 feet away where you can find all the restourants, bars, shops, theatres and nightlife.
The apartment offers a modern desinged and hand made stylish interiors made of ollive trees. The kitchen is big size, very modern with high class aquipment with all you need for a perfect cooking. You have a big dinningroom area, livingroom with two sofas, flat-screen satellite TV, two air-conditioners, free Wi-Fi, two supremely decorated bathrooms with walk-in showers and a floor heating. There are two bedrooms with king size beds. Both of them are oriented to the backyard of the buillding, separeted of noise and allways in the shadow.
One room named "Just4You" has its own modern bathroom.
Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely embodied in this 2 bedroom apartment and it would make an ideal base for exploring Split.

This is a very comfortable VBRO. There were 2 couples and we had plenty of space.The location couldn’t have been better, close to the market, cafe, restaurants and Old Town. The host was very responsive. Easy to find and lotsof parking. Would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with everything we needed. There is a market right around the corner, which was super convenient for our breakfast needs. There is a bakery and a butcher shop at the end of the block if you want to cook dinner for yourself.The marina and promenade are walkable distances, so all in all, great location, great stay.Food:Bokamorra for pizza.Restoran Sug for some upscale Croatian food.

We booked months in advance for a month long stay. The property was sold (changed owners) before we arrived and we were surprised not to be informed. The apartment lacked some standard supplies which they eventually provided but because the owners reside hours away from this property it took days. They were responsive. Beds very comfortable. The location is very convenient.

Great location, spacious, nice showers, good washer. The only problem is that the air conditioning didn't work well. It would run for five minutes and then shut off. Basically, I would definitely recommend the apartment except in the summer. Hopefully the will fix the a/c, because it really is a nice apartment that is well-located.

We spent 4 nights in this 2 bedroom apartment within a few minutes walk of the old town yet on a quiet residential street. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We had a car and finding parking on the street was no problem. The property manager was excellent. She answered all my questions quickly and had someone meet us when we arrived to show us around. I highly recommend this place.

The property was within walking distance to the old city as well as a great overlook of the city and bay. The property is large with nice sized rooms and was perfectly clean. Marjiana allowed us to put our bags in the apartment before check in so we could go and explore the town. I would definitely stay there again!!

We (2 couples) had a wonderful stay for one night, would have been nice to have stayed longer. Lots of kitchen supplies, spices, oils etc but no coffee. Luckily we had our own. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a lovely property and the hostess was wonderful and accommodating. We arrived early in Split and she let us check in one hour early. We liked the blackboard wall with everyone’s comments and recommendations. There is a great bistro at the corner for your morning coffee if you do not feel like making it in the unit.

Location, Location, Location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Grocery stores, Restaurants, Pubs, Waterfront and tourist attractions. The unit itself is clean and well equipped with all the amenities you will need. Someone was also there to greet us.

This was an excellent apartment. It was large and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the Reva and old town Split. The only downside is that there is no guaranteed parking at the apartment. It is street parking, with first come first serve. We were fortunate that we found a spot right in front of the apartment for all but one night. There is a surface parking lot about a half mile away and the owner says there is a parking garage about 900 meters but we never found that one. The apartment was as described on VRBO listing. My only complaint, and this is true with all VRBO listings, is that the kitchen is always lacking in cooking utensils and pans. There was one fry pan of medium size which means we had to cook our meal in stages using the one pan. Also lacking was useful spatula's and a measuring cup and measuring spoons. As we like to cook, and this is one of the reasons we use VRBO, this is just a pet peeve of mine. We had a great time in Split and I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is one of those unique times when although there were nice pictures of the property, it was even BETTER than expected! 2 big bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms - even a heated floor in the bathroom! A short walk to EVERYTHING! I mean, you have a bakery a block away, a great coffee bar two doors down from the bakery, and the grocery store is right next to that! Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops within a10 minute walk. You can park your car on the street in front of the property which is very safe. A large working kitchen with all the amenities. Oh, the beds - EXCELLENT! Really comfortable, king size beds. You can easily have 4 people in this apartment. Seriously, don't look anywhere else if you're going to Split. Super close to the water, but far enough away that you're in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The location is a short walk from the Split promenade, harbor and old town center. The sense of design, featuring classic movie actors, was very enjoyable. It is comfortable, well equipped and there is a some view from the deck.The owner greeted us and left fruit and pastries for our enjoyment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.
