Very conveniently located in a quiet part of town on walking distance from the water, the city center and the green. It’s super spacious with all the amenities you need for a week in Split. The host is super nice and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Good staying

La Marsa is a very good place — I’d even say simply wonderful — and it deserves a detailed description. Location: it’s the golden middle between the old town and a quality beach. However, it’s located quite high up. Take special note of this if climbing stairs is difficult for you. Cleanliness: everything was clean. Equipment: surprisingly well equipped for guests’ everyday needs. A good set of dishes, a grill, a drying rack for clothes, hammocks. The furniture is arranged for 4 people. Space: it’s quite a large accommodation. Two separate bedrooms, a huge living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms — one large, and another smaller one that still manages to fit a shower, toilet, and small sink. There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and another in the main bedroom. Balcony: deserves special attention. It’s very long, with a table, 4 chairs, and two hammocks. There are sunshades — a must-have for relaxing outdoors. Outside the house, there’s also a table with benches and a full grill oven. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try it. Bonus: heated floors in the main bathroom. Not crucial in summer, but still very impressive. Host communication: everything was excellent! We were running late, but they waited for us. Communication via WhatsApp was possible whenever needed.

1. We would have preferred proper blankets instead of thin throws, but even this doesn’t take away any points from the place. 2. Don’t trust the kitchen hood ☺️

Good, relax and nice stay.

We had a nice stay in Split in this appartement, it was clean, a safe neighbourhood, close to the city and the big balcony was perfect to relax and look at the sea and the harbour. We were nicely welcomed by Matsko, the host. He’s explained everything and was very kind! We had a nice stay and would recommend the appartement.

Fantastic 2 bed apartment for Split, especially if you have a car.

Great views and location - 10-15 mins walk into the old town down a hill. Very spacious and high quality fittings. Modern, secure apartment. New crockery etc in the kitchen, lots of amenities including a good washing machine and dishwasher, drying racks etc. Good showers, comfortable beds, lots of cupboard storage. Street parking was busy but always available within approx 50-80m of the property. The host, Matko, was very helpful and good comms. Nice that little things like dishwasher tablets, a new washing up sponge and basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc) were provided. Highly recommended.

Not much - maybe missing a microwave (although they seem less common in Croatia).

Fantastiskt läge nära Marjan Park, Gamla stan och hamnen .

Fantastiskt boende med ett perfekt läge på kanten till nationalparken. Ligger högt upp med fin utsikt. Härliga små stigar för morgonpromenader och träning på Marjan Park. Fanns allt man behövde , extra plus för kaffemaskin.
