Luxury apartment Martinis with pool

La propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et nous a fourni toutes les explications utiles. La propreté, la grandeur et le confort du logement. La mini piscine très agréable après une journée de visite. Très calme. On sent que le bien est entretenu avec amour. Petit studio attenant idéal pour un ado (mais pas envisageable avec des enfants).

Manque d’intimité (visuelle et sonore) pour les salles de bains et les toilettes car les portes sont en verre fumé. Difficile d’accès, chemin chaotique, pas de croisement possible (même si la propriétaire n’y peut rien).

We went in July, sun was on the terrace from 9am until 4.30pm. Fantastic !

Nothing major, only observation, it would be useful to have more coffee mugs and side plates.

The apartment was reasonably clean and provided enough space for our group. The host was friendly and responsive, and the apartment served as a practical base from which to explore Split.

We found the apartment to be significantly below the standard suggested by its 9.4 rating and the photos. The décor was very mismatched, storage space was limited, and the bedding and cushions felt worn and sub-standard. The location is in a fairly ordinary residential area with difficult access, awkward parking and a much steeper walk to and from the Old Town than many reviews suggest. The most uncomfortable feature was the separate toilet facing the dining and living area behind a frosted glass door, where the occupant remained visible enough to make using it awkward for everyone else. Overall, we felt the property was closer to a 6/10 than a 9.4/10.
