Beautiful, clean, amazing property

Had absolutely everything that we needed and more. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfy bed I’ve ever stayed in. Location, it was about 15/20 min walk into the centre, 5 mins from a supermarket and 10 mins from the beach. Owner went out of her way to help us when the Uber driver dropped us off in the wrong location.

It was a short but lovely stay. The place has everything you need. The pool was a little chilly but two of us still used

Martinis is a great place to stay and comms was really good. Highly recommend.

The apartment is clean and modern. Pool is a great addition for a cool down dip. Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay.

Shower pressure isn’t great but the bathroom facilities in general are excellent. This property is on a steep hill with a hard incline back up from Split. Ensure you are fit.

great hosts who went above and beyond, however lacking any sunlight in a country known for the heat.

the apartment is beautiful. with great ameneities and facilties. host gave us everything we would need, including washing pods, seasonings for food, as well as actual snacks in the fridge.

the pool is COLD, not relaxing at all. it is not clear on the listing that you need to give THREE days notice for it to be heated. which also comes with an aditional charge. due to the locations of nearby buildings, you will unlikely get much direct sun while on the patio area. which means the sun does not warm up the pool at all. this needs to be clearer on the listing as it feels misleading.

Great and spacious apartment

The pool was amazing. Our son loved it too. It's very spacious, and in a quiet area of town (but still walking distance from everything), up on a hill. We felt safe too. The second bedroom with bathroom in separate, which is great if you are 2 couples.

It's up on a hill, so not ideal for people with mobility issues (even though you can always get a taxi back).

Gorgeous apartment and amazing pool

The whole apartment was absolutely fabulous the beds were so comfy and the facilities amazing. Host left us beer and condiments and biscuits which was a lovely touch. We had everything we could have asked for beach towels, tanning oil ect. There was a washing machine and laundry pods available which made our stay a lot more convenient. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and location only a 10 minute walk from split centre and the beach.

The location is up a big hill so travelling back to the apartment we had to get taxis.

Great location for Split Old Town

It's a lovely apartment, really well decorated, very clean. The owner was incredibly helpful. We even had assistance with our car that we struggled with as we usually drive on the left side of the road. The location is ideal for Split Old Town. We walked to the town each day & got a taxi back up to the apartment. Walking back is easy but uphill, and we were lazy. The accommodation is unique in style with one bedroom within the apartment & the second bedroom in an annexe. We found this suited us well and was very comfortable. The owner provided additional pillows upon request, which is above expectations and very considerate.

Great apartment and amazing host!

I loved the location. It’s close to old city that you can walk there. It’s also close to the park, Marjan. It’s beautiful and amazing views. The apartment is spacious and a great separation between bedrooms. Perfect for those traveling with teens or more than one couple.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly, ready to help if there are any questions. The location of the apartments is convenient, close to the beach and not far from the center, you can get there on foot.

One of the rooms lacked lighting, I would like to add a lamp above the sink near the mirror.

Very well equipped and quiet. Easy to get an Uber and cheap.

The location was very disappointing on arrival. On a back road with unattractive apartment blocks. The apartment itself was as advertised. Could have down with instructions on dustbins and not to turn the hot water off. No bars or restaurants around. Decent s'market about 15 mins downhill, and bar a few minutes further. It takes about 25 mins to the waterfront, and then another 15 to the actual central waterfront.

Had an amazing time, to such a point that it literally felt like home!

The wife of the host was really gentle, generous and welcoming! The pool was so nice to have since of the very hot weather of Split in July. Also, all the amenities were really useful and we really enjoyed the fact that the kitchen was amazingly equipped. We are definitely satisfied!

The walk to arrive to the apartment from the old town is kind of abrupt, so I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly (except if you rent a car)! But, it’s really the only thing I have to say!

Apartment was clean with all facilities you need. Host was very welcoming and helpful with any enquiries etc. Pool was nice to cool down in and garden was large enough to chill out in with multiple seating areas.

Second bedroom was outside the main apartment in the garden. Showers were within the bedrooms and keeping the floor dry when showering was difficult. Apartment is on a hill and about a 20 min + walk from the old town. Not a problem for us as we like walking but would be difficult for anyone who struggles with hills.

Perfect place, 15 min walk from central Split

The hosts made our stay wonderful - this was the start of our honeymoon trip and they gave us a welcome bottle of local bubbly and a delicious cake, and decorations to help make our stay special! The pool is fantastic for cooling off from the heat of Split. The whole place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very well equipped kitchen and outside bbq area (though we didn’t use this). Very comfy bed in the master bedroom. Perfect for our family of 3 (9 month old). Great to be outside of the hustle and bustle of central Split but within easy walking distance.

Superficie parfaite pour 4, matelas confortables, la piscine avec éclairage apporte une belle ambiance le soir. Grande terrasse. La seconde chambre se situe au niveau de la terrasse (à l extérieur de l appartement) parfait pour les ados. Emplacement parfait pour le centre ville 15/20 mn à pied

Nous avons eu la chance d avoir des appartements très bien équipés, nous sommes déçus de celui là : 4 assiettes uniquement, pas de cintre dans les penderies, manquait 1 grand drap dans une chambre (l hôte nous a tout apporté sur demande), pas de café, 1 pastille de lessive pour chaque machine. Pas de pression d eau lorsque l on utilise deux points d eau en même temps. Le moteur de la piscine tourne le matin et le soir pile quand vous êtes sur la terrasse. Loin des deux grandes plages compter environ 30/40 mn à pied, impossible de se garer en voiture

Tilava asunto, oli hyvä kun toinen makuuhuone oli erillisessä rakennuksessa omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Uima-allas oli hyvä ja puhdas. Ilmalämpöpumput 3kpl oli iso helpotus helteellä.

Maisemia ei näy ikkunoista, mutta uima-altaaseen oli toki kiva katsella. Aterimia ja astioita oli liian vähän 4 hengen perheelle, esimerkiksi pieniä lusikoita 3 kpl ja muita välineitä 4kpl.
