Luxury apartment Martinis with pool

The apartment had a lot of space and was clean and fresh and the outdoor area was really cozy. We really liked the neighbourhood, it was calm and friendly. The host was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

Appartement t ttes propre , spacieux , avec une chambre + toilettes/ douches indépendante de l’appartement . Piscine privative , terrasse . Hôtesse adorable et de très bon conseil . Appartement à 15 k de la vieille ville à pieds et du port.

Le parking . Pas simple d’en sortir car en pente. Maus stationnement gratuit à 7 ´ à pieds et plus facile d accès .

L'appartement est très spacieux, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, les chambres sont confortables, 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, la 2ème chambre est indépendante du reste du logement. La terrasse est top, avec des fauteuils très confortables. Logement bien situé, avec place de parking et 15 minutes à pied du centre historique.

Dommage que la petite piscine ne soit pas chauffée et le bruit de la pompe peut agacer...

The apartment was reasonably clean and provided enough space for our group. The host was friendly and responsive, and the apartment served as a practical base from which to explore Split.

We found the apartment to be significantly below the standard suggested by its 9.4 rating and the photos. The décor was very mismatched, storage space was limited, and the bedding and cushions felt worn and sub-standard. The location is in a fairly ordinary residential area with difficult access, awkward parking and a much steeper walk to and from the Old Town than many reviews suggest. The most uncomfortable feature was the separate toilet facing the dining and living area behind a frosted glass door, where the occupant remained visible enough to make using it awkward for everyone else. Overall, we felt the property was closer to a 6/10 than a 9.4/10.
