Great location, close to the beach, close to the center on foot about 20 minutes, easy check-in. The apartment was well prepared, although in some places the dust could be cleaned. Kitchen and bathroom fine. Contact with the owner without problems. Despite some inconveniences, I heartily recommend it!

The courtyard has great potential but I believe it needs a little more care. - No paper towels - No cutting board in the kitchen - No iron - Ants in the courtyard

Exceptional

Gordana Džoni provides a cozy apartment with everything needed to stay for a long time. Living room with kitchen, washing machine, comfy bed and air conditioning. All of it just a few steps to the beach and 10 minutes by bus to the historic center of Split. In a very quiet location. Excellent value for money in my opinion. You can park your car. The apartment is closed so you can lock your motorcycle inside and go sightseeing or sunbathing.

Any shop is at least 10 min walk so take it into account.

Nice stay at Apartment Dzoni

It was a really nice stay at this apartment. The host (Gordana) is very friendly and helpful, she also picked me up at the airport without any issues. The communication was easy, the apartment is simple but nice. Big plus is the big, comfy terrace. The beaches are close and it's a nice 25min walk to Split center.

A good location in a nice town

The apartment has all the necessary things for your stay. We stayed just one night but the apartment is nice for a longer period too. Close to the beaches in Split, even if we didn't have much time to see them. A comfortable terrace very useful for staying in the evenings.

The location very close to the sea and to the wedding location we were going to. Everything was super clean and we had a nice air condition for keeping out the heat. The host was very nice and helpful.

Superb

The location is in walking distance from Obojena beach which was not too crowded but the sun sets very early on that part. Kasjuni beach is also not far away - beach more crowded, many kids but more beautiful. Around 30min walking from the city center, and the location is very calm and there is not much noise - perfect if you prefer to avoid too crowded places. The parking was secured just in front of the apartment and the host was available for any questions we had.

Nice and cozy, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment with nice terrace in the shade, private parking, public transport (bus) across the street. Great location, 10 min walk from the beach(es), 30 min walk from the city center (along a very nice route).

Great location - quiet and just below Marjan Hill with its open space and fantastic views; a lovely 20 minute stroll into the main town along the coast or a 5 minute bus to the door . Our lovely host picked us up from the airport which was a real bonus too.

Perfecte locatie

De locatie is perfect als je van plan bent regelmatig naar het strand te gaan. Centeum is iets verder, maar aan te lopen. En het appartement heeft een heerlijk tuin om buiten te zitten. Voor ons was het ook heel fijn dat er een wasmachine was.

Het appartement is niet supernieuw of modern - maar dat was geen tegenvaller want dat wisten we. Alles is gewoon prima :)

Bonne adresse pour un court séjour pour visiter Split

La location est très bien placée à 10 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville de Split, près d’une plage aménagée à 5 minutes à pied, il y a un stationnement gratuit devant la propriété Bon couchage et bons équipements dans l’ensemble

L’ensemble est vieillissant, notamment l’extérieur avec un store troué et l’ensemble manque d’entretien c’est bien dommage

Très bon séjour !

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, l’emplacement est idéal et calme. La terrasse privative est aussi très agréable et la clim est vraiment bienvenue ! L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un très bon séjour, l’espace est grand et les hôtes très réactif.

Ideális szállás fürdőzéshez és városnézéshez is.

Nagyon szépen berendezett kis ház saját a kert végében. Tiszta és minden megtalálható benne ami kell az embernek.Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó helyen van. Közel van a part és a strand , valamint az óváros is 15 perc gyalog.

Parkolót először nem találtam, de telefonon egyeztetve jelezték , hogy az épület elé is lehet parkolni.

Posizione perfetta!

Posizione perfetta a metà strada tra il centro di Spalato e il parco Marjan. La casa aveva tutto quello che serviva ed era in una zona tranquilla.
