Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location

A really beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, great location for beach, marina and walking distance to town, and air conditioned.

It would have been better if it was a bit cleaner, as we had some issues with flies and ants. The hot water didn’t worked properly at first but Ana helped to troubleshoot it and we had hot water after that.

What?! No Coffee!

the location was close to the port and 10 minute walk to good restaurants. the decor was cute and uplifting.

The worst thing was not having necessary items like; coffee, tea, hand towels, kitchen towel, sheets on the beds, the rain shower in the hallway bathroom didn’t work and so many more little things. The floors were so dusty. The dishes in the drawers where greasy. I didn’t even use anything except the hot water kettle and 3 cups that we washed first. I would recommend NOT staying at this one.

The best value ever!

We've been in Split many times and this is, by far, the best apartment we stayed in. It is very spacious and clean, and it has everything that you need. The hosts are amazing and very easy to communicate with. The location is very nice, it is near the old part of the town. There is public parking in front of the building—we didn't have any trouble parking our cars, but that can change during the tourist season. Overall—the best value we ever had and we highly recommend it.

It is on the first floor and that might be challenging for people with special needs.

the apartment is amazing! the decoration, the distribution, the kitchen, etc. I wish I could buy it and live there!

there are parking options on the street, but sometimes you need to go around. Although, it wasn’t a problem at all

Interior that you could enjoy for days. We enjoyed cooking, resting, great showers and view. So cosy

It is so beautiful, so well decorated. It feels so homey. Great kitchen to cook in, great showers, and a living room to relax. Marijana, that gave us a key, was so helpful and friendly as well.

First and foremost an amazing location overlooking the Marina and very close to the city center

There is nothing to not like about the place. You will immediately fall in love with the place. the owners have done an maxing job putting this place together. it shows lot of care and compassion went into building it.

Lovely and Homely

This apartment felt very homely. Mirjana was so helpful and greeted us there and when we were leaving. The apartment was in the perfect location and provided us with everything it said and more. the beds were big and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and su much fun to cook in. Thank you so much Mirjana, we loved our stay :)

Parkplätze auf der Straße sind nicht wirklich zu bekommen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat keine wirkliche Matratze (mehr), man liegt fast unmittelbar auf der Federung.
