Well positioned apartment to see Split.

The position to the Centre of Split, short walk but need to take into account a number of steps.Informative and helpful host with small gifts and information. Very clean and spacious 1 st floor apartment at back of building Well equipped kitchen if needed. Great shower and washing machine. On street parking close by as was small supermarket.

Would have liked more outside space. I did not fully understand the limitations of the first floor apartment in not having the terrace described for the ground floor studio apartments. But still worked ok as was late September.

Great location on a quiet hill by the park - just 5-7 minutes to the waterfront and Old Town. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Free, safe parking right in front of the building; shops in a short walk away. It had everything we needed (and more). The host was genuinely kind, responsive, and made us feel welcome. Great stay, exceed expectations!

Drako was such a lovely thoughtful gentleman, there was a meze plate in fridge ready for my arrival, a lovely private garden space to sit outside and enjoy it. I could leave my case on premises on checkout day as flight out of Croatia was later in the day. Drako presented me with a lovely gift on leaving too! He had great information available on Split and surrounds. The accomodation was very well equipped, good hot water, comfy bed and 3-5 min walk to supermarket/ bakery. 10 min walk to Riva. Dario's place exceptionally clean, great value for $ and exceeded my expectations! Thankyou for having me!!

Perfect location for us

We wanted a place that was walking distance to the centre of Split for eating and culture, and also (in the opposite direction) give us walks/hiking in Marjan Park. We had a place to sit outside in a shady garden, and the accommodation was comfortable. A great place for what we wanted.

There was nothing wrong with the place at all. The only frustration (and any place can suffer with this), on our last day/night our neighbours in the room next door were very noisy. We hadn't even heard the previous guests on the 3 nights we were adjoined, so it was only that couple.

Great location- has everything we needed.

Great location, close to the Marjan forest and beaches and within easy walking distance of Split Old Town. There is a small supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The apartment had everything that we needed with a good shower, kitchenette and washing machine and line. And a garden table to eat outdoors. Darko was very friendly and helpful and lives on site. He provided some welcome snacks and a gift on leaving. Thank you for our stay!

There was some noise from nearby construction but easily avoided if you were out during the day.

We picked the right appartment for an enjoyable stay in Split

The owner is very friendly and helpful, he provided us with much information on places to visit. The appartment is located in a quiet part of the town, but not far from the center. We also enjoyed the garden where we had our breakfast.

Clean and comfortable place

The property was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, a good bathroom with washing machine, everything you need really. Kitchen was well stocked and a big clean fridge. Large tv in the bedroom with prime video. The owner was helpful and friendly.

There wasn’t a living room space to sit or eat your dinner. There was a big table in the bedroom where you could do this or sit outside where you have your own table and chairs. There are building works going on all around the area - nothing to do with the owner, but it made it a bit noisy at times. However if you’re out in the daytime, the noise stops by 4pm.

Excellent location. it is quiet but still walking distance to the center of town. The garden is a peaceful way to have beers before going out downtown.

The location was perfect, 5 mins and you’re at a beach or main attraction. Really beautiful and relaxing gardens and the room was spacious.

I don’t know if it’s a Croatia thing or if we did something to switch the geyser off but your shower was only warm for max 5 minutes which meant my partner didn’t have a warm shower for our entire stay. that was quite a problem - especially if you’re coming to relax.

Very good

The host was lovely - very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was most welcome, as was the washing machine and drying line facilities. The TV was good, too!

There's nothing the host can do, but the street is up a considerable number of stairs, which are hard to tackle in 35 degree heat! Possibly also due to climate, there were a lot of small ants in the property, so we had to be very careful about crumbs/ cleanliness.

Great apartment close to Marjan beac hes

Great apartment on the ground floor of a large house surrounded by a lovely garden. The apartment had everything you need for a few days in Split providing easy access to the old town and the beaches of the Marjan. Even in the summer heat the apartment was cool and we did not use the aircon much. The owner was very helpful and attentive to making our stay as pleasant as possible.

The apartment has everything you need. The host is very nice and polite. He can also give you some good tips and ask for the local guide/map in your own language. Great place if you are renting a car, as there is plenty of parking space available. Recommended!

Clean and lovely apartment, amazing garden

Amazing apartment with a garden! We especially liked the glass doors, we enjoyed fresh air during the night and the sunlight during the day. And the garden, obviously, was our favourite. We stayed there during the hottest hours of the day, reading books, having brunches, etc. The owner grows his own vegetables there and he even shared some with us! We travelled as a couple, but I think this apartment would be perfect for parents with kids. The owner is a very nice man, it has been a pleasure to stay in his house.

- Didn't like the surrounding places, they looked a bit dirty and empty. But also quiet, so I think that makes up for it. - Not a bad thing, but a TIP: make sure you know how to get to the apartment beforehand, discuss it with the owner, etc. We travelled by ferry and had a bit of trouble trying to get to the apartment. (We also had no internet to message or call the owner, so it's nobody's fault). Anyway, plan your trip to the apartment, make sure you know how you will get there.

Superb

The entire stay in the apartment was just great. Perfectly located, just in the middle between downtown and the best beach areas (Jezinac beach, Kasjuni beach etc). The old city as well as the beach are in walking distance, a nice restos and a supermarket are in 5 mins walking. Free parking is just behind the fence, there was always a slot to park a car. Safe. The studio itself was supposed to be for 2 persons, however it had an extra bed so there could have been fit even a family with a kid. The room was spacious, all what's mentioned in the property facilities was there and worked perfectly. Towels, ben linens, tableware, iron, hairdryer, AC, a stove... No issue with anything. Rooms are pretty isolated from one another so no bother from neighbors. There was a tiny garden carefully taken care of by the host. The host is just brilliant, easy going, kind, always asking whether anything was needed, messaged him a couple of times and got an immediate response, extremely helpful. One day he shared with us a plate of super tasty tuna pate cooked by his wife (they live upstairs in the building). Definitely the place to return. Highly recommended.

House with garden in Split

Nice garden around the house. There is a patio with table and chairs. Very quiet street. Lots of free parking places. The beautiful Marjan hill park is just behind the house. To get to the center it takes about 5-7 minutes by foot. A small supermarket is in 5 minutes. The owner is very friendly and kind man. Kitchen is fully equipped.
