Perfect, quiet location in Split close to beaches, great restaurants, lovely apartment.

Located in the quieter part of the Split waterfront area, this apartment provided us with a comfortable and extremely convenient place to stay. It is close to beaches on the western shore and the property had an umbrella, beach towels and mats for us to use. There are restaurants down the street and grocery close by. The kitchen is well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Perfect stay for one week

Nice and helpful owners living next door. Apartment is located in a quite area, yet near the old town of split with a lot of restaurants and shops. Apartment feels bigger than what the pictures shows.

Great location: close to the waterfront and old town but still in a quiet area

Apartment Regina was about 100m or so up the hill from the waterfront and maybe 500+m from the Old Town, in a quiet location away from the street. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen well appointed. Our hosts had gone that extra mile to ensure their guests felt at home. Both hosts were very nice and check-in, etc was hassle-free (and we very much appreciated being allowed to drop off our luggage mid morning, well before check-in time).

It was a bit disconcerting the the hosts came through the adjoining doors 4 times during our 2 day stay. They were very nice and concerned about our welfare, etc... but still disconcerting.

A warm welcome from wonderful hosts. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We were very happy to meet such lovely people. The apartment was a generous size in an excellent position for visiting Split. It was very clean and had air conditioning.

The room, the equipment the host was all nice and friendly and how it was described. The location is good as it's close to the city centre (and harbour) but still quiet. I would stay here again.

The house is a bit uphill, if you travel by bus you have to get there the last distance by walking up or using stairs (they basically offer a pick up though). One neighbour is a bit of a mess.

The hosts were amazing and extremely accomodating and helpful. They suggested places to visit and helped us get tickets. They were very friendly and the room was amazing. It's close to various beaches and the pier front. We would highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable room

The location is amazing, next to the Riva city centre. The room was really comfortable, quiet area just 5minutes walking from the main attractions. The staff are so hospitable and helpful with everything that I may needed that made my stay even better. Definitely recommend it, would stay there again!

Regina and Joshko were amazing hosts...so warm and welcoming. They helped me navigate the city and shared info about the history, culture, and architecture of Split. It was the highlight of my trip!

Nice stay in great location

The location was ideal for going out for a meal. The hosts were also very friendly. The bathroom was basically brand new. They placed fans in the rooms that helped with the heat at night.

We are struggling with all the properties in Croatia, not just this one, that put air conditioning in the commons spaces and not in the bedrooms. It's difficult to sleep in this heat.

The rooms were neat and tidy with great hosts. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to the Old City but away from the noise. The hosts provided a tower fan for cooling in the room and were also kind enough to give us an umbrella that we needed for a day out at the beach. The wifi was great as well.

AC mentioned in the listing was provided in the common corridor leading to the three rooms. While the cooling was okay most of the time, there may be some periods where one may have to leave the room door open for the room to be comfortably cool.

It was my best ever Booking.com experience. Regina and Joszko made me feel like a family. I have never expected that for this price I will get to spend a wonderful time with two amazing people who took me on a tour around the city, made dinner and breakfast for me. I will definitely stay there again. You won't find a better accommodation in Split!
