great place, spacious, comfortable, nice view from room, modern decorations, easy to retrieve keys (keybox), easy communication with owner (sent pictures to guide us to the apartment on the day of arrival), parking inside yard
entrance to the place is a little narrow and finding a parking spot can be really challenging (we were extremely lucky to get one upon arrival - only 1 spot available when we came in through the gate), there is some construction work currently under way in the area

Huge apartment, in the best location of Split! Very near the action (Diocletan palace), like 5 minutes walking, but just a but far from the noise and smells!
Smelly apartment most probably due to previous renters and unclean A/Cs. It is on 5th floor without elevator, but that was ok.

Lage gut, nahe der Stadt. Wohnung geräumig und praktisch.
Parkplatz ist umständlich, es braucht den Vermieter um in die Parkingzone zu gelangen, der ist aber nicht immer verfügbar. Gleiches gilt für die Ausreise....mühsam. Dazu Wohnung ganz oben ohne Lift. Gratis Workout :)

Lovely clean well equipped apartment. Early check in
It was in the 5th floor, there is no mention of this and the friend I was travelling with has health issues - no lift. It’s next door to a big building site - they started work at 7am
