Very nice apartment with the view

Comfortable apartment in short distance from center of town. Every room has air conditioning, private parking is available on site. Very friendly and helpful host

Both shower faucet and kitchen faucet need to be replaced, they spray water everywhere. Very steep hill to get to the door and then need to climb the steps with luggage (no elevator)

A comfortable stay in Split with a beautiful view.

The location and parking was good. The owner supplied fresh towels during our stay which a very nice surprise. We loved the view.

We didn’t like the steep stairs to gain entry into the apartment building which then had more stairs to the apartment.

Apartment with a view.

Good location with parking. Property was well maintained and clean. Short walk to grocery store. Great view of the seafront.

The GPS location was off, had to get out of the car and walk around a bit to locate the place. There was a great view from the balcony, only problem is that the balcony wall was a bit high needing a bar stool to sit on for enjoying the view with a drink. There was exactly one bar stool available so we took turns to sit out and enjoying the view☺ You will need to take your luggage upstairs, this was not an issue for us but just be aware.

Cute, comfy little apartment.

It was about a 15-minute walk outside of the city center - one section up hill but no big deal. The view was beautiful of the bay. The place was clean, had a coffee pot, fridge, sink, 2 bedrooms, and owner friendly and responsive. There's parking if you have a car. Checking in was easy with instructions communicated prior to arrival.

We didn't see the Aircon the fiest night so we slept very hot, but that's an us issue, not with the place. Limited hot water for 4 people, but not a deal breaker.

The view from the window was beautiful and it was a walking distance to the old town street. Providing a free parking space is a big advantage. Marjan Hill was also close, so it was good. And the accommodation was cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristina's apartment. It has amazing views, it's very spacious, and a parking space that's off the street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We had an easy time finding the place. We got there before Kristina but her neighbour was very lovely and called her for us, and we had a very easy time checking in and out. Kristina was lovely enough to let us keep the car there a bit longer in the morning as we went back into town for breakfast before heading off. The house is a short walk from the city centre and it's situated in a lovely area. It's also close to a supermarket.

The apartment was located in a calm neighbourhood within 10-15 minutes walking distance to the old city. The host was really nice and helpful. She gave us tips on restaurants and sight seeing options.

My wife got locked in the bathroom and we had a struggle to open the door for 30 minutes during late night. However, the host Kristina and her sister's husband, who stayed in the same building came to our apartment and helped in opening the door. We didn't lock the bathroom door from that point.

Lovely, modern apartment in the heart of Split

Modern, spaceous apartment only minutes away from Split's riva. Views of the sea and a harbour are great. The friendly owner lives on ground floor and is always ready for help. Free parking was great too. Television in bedroom and living room.

Enjoyed everything, perhaps a knife could be more sharp 😉

The apartment is just 10 minutes by foot from the center of Split. Free private parking was available. The apartment was quite big and we had a good view of the harbour out of the window.

The kitchen was small and old. No balkony or terrace was available although it was stated in the description.

Luxury feel to the spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Kristina the host was really lovely, and always went the extra mile to help us out. Great location - a short walk down to the harbour and into the old town. (5/10 mins) Lovely kitchen/dining area with nice views with sliding windows that open right up. Reliable wi fi.

Nothing but at the time we stayed there was some noisy construction going on across the road which made it difficult to enjoy a nice, relaxing breakfast but this was just bad timing and out of the hosts control.

Host is very friendly, knowledgable about the area, and available for questions. The location is perfect - safe, just far enough away from hustle bustle of old Split, and quick walk into old Split and port area. Can walk easily to Marjan Forest Park and several beaches. Grocery and restauarants nearby. Very spacious one bedroom with sea views. Common area (Kitchen, dining table, livingroom) is spacious and comfortable.

I definitely recommend this apartment

I highly recommend the apartment Kike. It is bright and big and it has everything you need. Highlight for me is the kitchen: amazing views all over the port of Split and the Mediterranean Sea! In the morning you step out of the befroom to be greeted by this fantastic view. Another highlight for me is the big refridgerator with ice cubes / crushed ice machine 😊 The host is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!!

A lovely place to stay in Split

Lovely view out to sea. Well appointed apartment. Friendly and helpful owner. Clean towels every few days. Cafe/bar, small supermarket and bakery all within 50m. Some lovely restaurants approx. 500m on the way in to the town centre.
