High spec and spotless

Spacious apartment with modern top quality finishes and equipment. Impeccably clean with plenty of additional towels. Very large and quiet terrace, with not much of a view but with lots of plants. The nearest beach is 3 minutes walk down a couple of steep streets and one road crossing (taking longer on the way back up 😅)

We would have liked to have bbq facilities on the terrace, even electric if coal/gas isn't permitted. That said, we all loved this place and hope to come back again.

Exceptional!

Everything was amazing, the apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped — from the fully stocked kitchen to the abundance of towels, everything we needed was there. We especially loved the beautiful and large terrace. The beach is just a short walk away, and the walk to the center of Split is pleasant and takes about 20–30 minutes. We would recommend this place and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment, great location, 10/10!

The host (Lara) was so useful and easy to get in contact with! She made so many great suggestions duting our girls trip. The location was perfect for us, close enough to the city centre that taxis cost us approx 6 euros and a quick walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, aesthetically beautiful, with lots of towels (including beach towels) and all the utensils you could need in the kitchen. We would all strongly recommend staying in this location.

Fantastic apartment and would 100% stay again! We absolutely loved it

This apartment was stunning and is even better than the pictures. Very high specification throughout the property, was a great size with a large wraparound terrace which gets plenty of sun. The apartment was so comfortable, extremely clean and has a real homely feel with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels for 3 adults and we were warmly greeted by the host who offered plenty of sightseeing and restaurant recommendations for our trip. Would not hesitate to stay again, thanks for such a brilliant stay!

I would say it is probably a little further out of the centre of Split than I had anticipated, a good 30 min walk to the Riva Waterfront but we used Ubers which is easily accessible and very cheap.

Beautiful home in a quiet upscale neighborhood

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home with an amazing private terrace. The full sized kitchen was well stocked with pots, baking pans and appliances including coffee, toaster, microwave. Large capacity washing machine was a bonus. Free Parking outside. Walking distance to the beach.

It would have been better if there were two showers since we had four people; but otherwise it was perfect.

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect, we didn’t want to stay in the old town and the Uber ride was only 5 minutes so this was perfect for us. The building itself is very impressive and the apartment didn’t disappoint. There are 2 close by beaches within walking distance. The owners were very communicative and very nice. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely book the same next time we in split

The property was very clean and seemingly brand new with high end and high quality appliances (Meile) and all the required utensils and accessories. Air conditioning was excellent! Patio outside the apartment was great and provided shaded cover to hide from the sun on hot days. It is also conveniently located close to the beach (5 mins walk) in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. It also offers a free parking space and safe private entrance. Lara and Ana are very hospitable and accommodating.

Das Appartment ist wunderschön, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht (und mehr). Das Bad ist perfekt ausgestattet, reichlich Handtücher, sogar ein Strand-Handtuch war dabei. Die Betten/Matratzen waren ebenfalls super. Das highlight für uns war aber die wunderschöne Terrasse, wir haben uns fast ausschließlich dort aufgehalten 😊.Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert und Lara hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
