K luxury residence

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It was absolutely immaculate when we arrived and was one of the best-equipped holiday apartments we’ve ever stayed in. Everything had been thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Split, while still being a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day. Lara was an exceptional host from start to finish. She was so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again if we return to Split. Thank you, Lara, for helping make our trip so memorable!

The apartment was immaculate and everything we needed was provided. Lara, the host, was excellent with her communication and obviously cares about her guests having a fantastic experience in her property. Little things, like complimentary coffee pods and milk in the fridge were nice touches. The apartment was spacious and modern and tastefully decorated and furnished. The apartment location was ideal. A 5 minute walk to a beach and a 15 to 20 minute stroll to the city centre along a lovely coastal path and then along the marina / harbour. If you don’t want to do the walk in to the city, an Uber was less than 5 Euros.

We liked everything!!

Apartment was beautiful, it had everything we needed & was a leisurely 5 min walk to nearest beach & 15 mins walk into centre either by coastal path or along main road but if you don’t fancy the walk Ubers are very reliable & cheap.

We loved everything about the property, a second shower would have been handy but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Beautifully decorated apartment with an abundance of space. Outside area was also a great space to spend some time. The apartment had all the amenities you could ask for and all of exceptional quality. Lara, the owner of the property, was very friendly, and she provided us with many different recommendations for places to visit and eat. Good location slightly outside of the busy tourist areas. Short walk to the beach and about a 20-30 minute walk to the old town.
