The location is ideal - about a 20 minute walk to the old town and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. We genuinely fell in love with Split.

Relaxing and spacious

Really enjoyed our stay in Split. The apartment was a 10 minute walk from a stunning beach and the pool was perfect for chilling out. Good space and facilities and 2 bathrooms. Very kind and friendly host who was extremely helpful during our stay. We left sunglasses in the apartment and the host kindly posted them back to us straight away.

Very calm, close to beaches, big apartment. The owner is really nice and welcomed us with vegetables from the garden and an excellent wine. We were two families and there was enough Space for 5. It was also clean. One of us had a health problem and the owners were really kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

Excellent location and host

The host knew that we arrived late at night and had therefore done some shopping for our breakfast the next morning. Including a plate of tomatoes and cucumber from the garden. Amazing service!

Lovely property, friendly host

Thé apartment is in a quiet area but an easy 20 minute stroll along the coast from town. Also slightly quicker route to town past 2 supermarkets. Shared pool but we had no problems using it as we rarely saw the people from the other apartments. Host Paola is very friendly and helpful and is on hand if you have any questions. She is very good at replying promptly through booking.com app for arranging check in etc. Split is lovely and you will enjoy your stay here.

Not the fault of the property but take mosquito repellent.

With 3 kids - the pool does the trick

- Obviously the pool - The rosemary from their garden - the location is in walking distance to an amazing beach and to the event location Tito’s Palace - the host who even let us stay 2 hours longer after checkout

- It had spider webs at a few places - the hosts father gave it a bad taste when he wanted to clean the pool. no snmile, no look, a little crumpy

Clean, spacious, quiet apartment with pool, about a 30-minute walk from the centre of Split

The apartment was perfect - very clean, very quiet and lots of space for the five of us to spread out. The pool was also great: small, as you would expect in a city; but perfect for a dip to cool off. The host family were lovely - they were celebrating a birthday on the day we arrived and presented us with some delicious home made cake! They made us very welcome and were super-helpful. We also visited some of the local beaches - we especially liked Kasjuni beach, which has a couple of beach bars to choose from.

The apartment is a little isolated from local facilities. It's a long walk from the local supermarkets (about 15/20 minutes); and there are no local bars or restaurants. We enjoyed the evening walk into Split, round the harbour and past all the swanky yachts - but it's about a 30 minute walk in total, so you can't flit in and out of the city easily.

Exceptional

What a fantastic place to stay. The location is close to the beach, we have a small child and it was no problem walking 5-10 mins down to it. Bus stop is same distance away, however we walked in town centre 90% of the time. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming, but never intrusive. We all absolutely loved it. Came away feeling like we had a proper holiday Highly recommended

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was good and clean in a quiet area, Nice beach nearby. Easy to walk to old city centre or use local bus. Pool small but area lovely to relax in.

Bardzo przyjemny, przestronny, wakacyjny apartament w pięknej lokalizacji. Czysty, zadbany basen z widokiem na wzgórze z Parkiem Marjan. Generalnie spokój, cisza, słychać głównie cykady. Spacerkiem około pół godziny do centrum Splitu. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy. Dwie fajne plaże w pobliżu. Do jednej moźna dotrzeć na piechotę, do drugiej trzeba dojechać autobusem lub samochodem. Raczej nie ma problemu z parkowaniem- przy obu dość duże bezpłatne parkingi. Na dalszej plaży możliwość wynajęcia leżaków i łóżek plażowych oraz dwa bary.
