Nice stay but could have been better.

Pool was nice and AC worked well

The jacuzzi was broken, the street had no lights and some of the sun shaders were broken when we arrived. The garbage cans outside were very small and we had to use our own large garbage bags because the cans were always full from other guests. The bolt lock on the front door was broken off when we arrived.

Nice quiet property with pool.

Spacious clean property with pool and great view from the balcony. Tea, coffee, salt and pepper in the cupboard was a nice touch.

Not enough hot water for 4 people to have a shower after the beach. Only 7 sun loungers at the pool. Which for the first week, 4 out of 7 were broken, before they were replaced.

Amazing property - would definitely recommend to anyone considering.

Absolutely amazing property! The location is ideal. Close enough to town but far enough out to escape the crowds. Has everything you need - kitchen is well stocked, iron and board to use, drying rack, washing machine. Beds were comfy too. Pool is fabulous and gets plenty of sun and shade. AC works really well and the view is just spectacular!

There is no lift - this wasn’t a huge issue for us but we didn’t know beforehand and would be difficult if you had lots of big bags. The shower in the penthouse apartment does not have a slider/rail. You have to hold the shower head whilst you are showering which is a bit of a pain.

Great base for a few days in Split!

The view is excellent!!!! This top floor treasure delivered in spades! The view from the second you walk in the door makes the 4 story hike worth it! I found out while there that the place is located in one of the wealthiest areas of Split. It’s set upon Marjan hill and is so peaceful and serene. It’s a little dicey driving up the street with rental car as it’s a very sharp left hand turn in and it’s narrow with stone walls on both sides at the entrance - but you get used to it lol. We had a garage spot for the car included which was great. I had to call for info on how to access it but they answered immediately and assisted. The pool was lovely and cold (very refreshing). We mostly walked to town and took Ubers back at night (only bc we were tired by then). The walk to Old Town is about 25 min - an easy walk on roads. Uber ride was about 7 min and 7 euro - easy peasy! Apparently the beach near the place is nice and close but we never had the time to check it out - so much to see and do in this area! Oh and there are 2 AC units that worked well which is good - the main living area gets toasty with all the skylights and windows but that’s what makes this place so great - did I mention the sea view? lol

The decor of one bedroom was a kids room with 2 twins. A bit odd but was totally fine for our needs. All the beds were a bit hard but not terrible. The only real bummer was that there is no shower spray holder so it’s awkward to shower and wash hair with basically one hand and the hot water didn’t last very long so 3 people showering back to back was not ideal.

Location was about 15-20 mins walk to the riva. Good communication with the management. Very responsive

Paradise in Split

Great pool, lovely balcony in a quiet area, but still walkable to centre of town. Walkable to local beach. All the facilities you'd need for a self-catering stay. All lovely and safe for a toddler too!

Weird system with parking the car and getting to the pool through the car park!

Excellent facilities, but poor communication and management

The apartment was excellet! Had everything we needed. The area was quiet and nice, and pool was clean.

Even though the facilities were excellent, the communication with the host was so poor that I doubt to recommend this place. It was a really bad checkin experience due to poor communication. We also did not get access to the pool the first days because we had no key to the parking slots (which you need to get in and out).

The location, lovely quiet area, apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very polite and helpful with any questions.

Nice apartment, location ok and facilities lacking

Nice apartment, very clean and spacious. very nice and helpful staff and quick replies to communications.

Lovely big veranda but very limited furniture and no parasol. Asked for a parasol on day 1 but never arrived. Tiny hot water tank so only 4 of us, but had to take showers in stages and wait for water to reheat after each shower.

Quiet and confortable accommodation.

The apartment is spacious and the bathroom is vey good. Everything was very clean. The car park is fine. The beds are confortable. The area is quiet and the hill behind the accommodation is great to walk and run.

The car park door is not easy to manipulate. The Air conditioning external bloc are noisy.

The place had a well equipped, spacious kitchen and living room. Most of the appliances were almost all brand new. A TV in each bedroom made our stay even more comfortable. The pool and outside area was a bonus.

Lovely place and pool is great extra. Worth the extra few quid.

You could just get the keys from a lock box outside the property. Self checkin which was brilliant because we had a late flight. Everything was spotless, loads of towels. Don’t bother with bracive beach go to how’s beach bar on lashing beach or just the beach alone is unreal and obejena beach. These are 👌🏼 Staff were brilliant. I left my suitcase behind and they kept it and I was able to get it a few days later when returning passed split

There’s not much. But it really needs a tea towel, a cloth for wiping the counters, and a few basic condiments, like oil. There’s no shop close so it’s a bit annoying. But if you walk into split there’s a Tommy which is their main shop and you can get a taxi back/actually a Uber because taxes are mad prices but Uber is cheap.

The apartment was really great.very modern and had all the amenities. The pool was a big bonus. The gated car parking caused an issue or two. It was a 15 minute downhilll walk to the main area of split. I Would definitely recommend it for familes.

Nice apartment!

Nice big spacious apartment, they provided a cot for us too. Wonderful views from the balcony.

We were in apartment no 2, only thing to critique was the lack of shower head attachment to the wall. So we had to hold the shower at all times, not ideal when washing your hair.

very modern, very clean, great shower. tvs in every room were great. also had great access to the pool and nice outdoor seating area. Great quiet location about 15/20 minute walk to the riva strip. Easy to get an Uber from the apartment also.

Hair dryers didn’t work. no bowls, no dish drying rack and the dishwasher didn’t work so we had to wash things by hand. Had no seeping brush or hoover. Couldn’t see the see from our apartment as it was bottom floor.

Beautiful Croatia

The apartment is in a great location, it was very easy to get Ubers to and from town and they were very cheap. The apartment had all the facilities one could need, however, it may be useful to provide more towels. The dishwasher, oven and washing machine were very useful during our stay to keep on top of our washing etc. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very warm during the day, but the one in the living room wasn’t great. The mattress in the double bedroom was very, very hard, causing my mother to have some back issues during our stay.

Overall we were very happy with the apartment, the only downside was the pool. The pool could not be used for the first 2-3 days as it was very dirty and had a lot of algae on the walls and floor of the pool. It was very disappointing as it was our main reason for booking this villa. Despite this, the Sun Spalato team were very prompt and tried to get the issue dealt with immediately. But, when the pool was clean it was beautiful after a long day in town or a boat trip.

Great clean apartment for families, everything you need!

Very clean and new, a lot of space, two bathrooms, nice extras like a hairdryer, iron, washing machine. Nice fluffy towels. Grocery service is also a nice extra service.

Just a very enjoyable pleasant place and area to stay for the week. Close enough to central also!!!

The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible! The days that it rained I didn’t mind being at home ! Very clean!! Felt safe there!! Slept great !! The team were excellent in responding to all by questions very prompt!! Loved Kat’s kitchen near by!! Overall just a beautiful comfortable place all around!

Could have used some cleaning cloths or sponges to wipe down surfaces and at least one dish towel. Could have also used an additional toilet paper!
