Idyllic stay with a beach at the door step

Excellent location - several beaches just across the street; secured property, nothing missing inside, ideal for someone looking for peace and quiet away from hectic city lif whilst you can walk or take Uber to city center in no time. Owners more than accomodating (checking out late, documents issue) - thank you Antonia and Davos, would definitelly stay again at your place.

Small apartment, lovely garden

Great location right next to the beach, beautiful garden, a basket ball hoop for the kids and the hosts were very welcoming.

As a family of 4 the apartment and Balcony was very small, the beds weren’t very big and had like a wooden frame around them, I am 6ft 4 and found them uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and very quiet.

Only Croatia cable TV senders were available. A SAT receiver was found but not connected to the TV. For us was it OK and we do not have ask the owner. A car parking place on the street was available but the curb was may up to 11 cm.

Perfect

The Location was perfect. The Hosts were the Nicest and most hospitable people we ever met. The property was the cleanest we ever been. We didn’t have to use air conditioning at all because of the position of the apartment ,natural air circulation was more than enough to keep us comfortable at all times.We enjoyed the most comfortable sleep ever. We would recommend to anyone who’s interested to have peaceful and relaxing Holidays.

Great apartment with good location

Very nice and cosy apartment with good equipment. Great location next to beach and walking distance from Old Town City. Gallery museum just next to this house is worth of visiting.

Garden looks beautiful, but high bushes should be made a bit lower to really have the advertised sea view also when sitting at the balcony.

Superb apartment in a great area

A very beautiful house with a nice garden which made us feel homelike during our stay. It also felt very safe in the apartment, as it is separated from the road by a big fence and you need to enter the gates using the keys. Location is superb! 2 min away from the closest beach, very quiet at night since this is far away from the city center. It was easy to get to the city center with Uber (5 min) or on foot (20-25 min). Apartment itself has everything you need and is very spacious. The hosts were very helpful and fast to answer any questions via chat. Recommend warmly.

Public beach nearby. Short stroll to the old Split town. Clean apartment and good kitchen appliances.

Wifi router needed reset at least once per day. There is no substantial sea view from seating position. Only when you stand up the view is great.

Super!

De host was zeer vriendelijk. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding was echt top. Het appartement lag omringt door een mooie tuin, via een pad liep je naar de weg. Als je daar naar beneden ging, kwam je gelijk uit bij het strand! Er stond water klaar in de koelkast en een pak koekjes. Alles was super netjes en wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.
