Nice apartment

Nice apartment in good location outside the busy town. The balcony is excellent with nice views and comfortable furniture. The apartment owners were friendly and helpful. Town is in easy reach either walking or on the bus which stops outside. I would stay again if I return to Split

Perfect for us

This would have been absolutely perfect for us but unfortunately my wife had broken her leg so scaling 21 steps to reach the front door & a further 19 to reach the upstairs apartment was a challenge - no one’s fault & it never entered our head to ask. That said, the apartment would have been spot on for our needs. Access to the beach is literally across the road. The number 12 bus stops virtually opposite roughly every hour & takes you into town for €2 …. It even has a disabled ramp. One other thing that needs pointing out is the downstairs apartment is a basement. Don’t be put off though - for a good nights sleep in the height of summer, this is the one to go for as it will be naturally cooler. Finally, we have to say a huge thank you to the owners Nikola & Milena. They were wonderful, there was fruit, yoghurt & milk etc provided when we arrived & they helped us as much as possible under the circumstances - I thoroughly enjoyed sharing a bottle of wine & chatting with Nikola & look forward to doing the same next time. The main thing is, would we recommend it & will we stay there again - the answer is a firm yes to both - we are hoping to return later this year, once my wife’s leg has healed.

The flat is literally above the beach, everything was clean and neat. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable. No issues whatsoever and the flat is located in the garden with orange trees and orange cats 🐈

Super nice croatian family and super Appartements. We had a great week, thank you hosts! WiFi Internet was faster than mobile, hosts are super helpful and they were around if something was needed. Contact was pleasant and very helpful. I recommend upper Appartement 10/10 by swiss standard. Split HRVATSKA is a super place to be!

Nice apartment near sea in beautiful part of Split

Very nice apartment near the sea. Within 1 minute you are near beach Plaža Kaštelet! But you can also walk to Kasjuni beach within 20 minutes, which has nice beds with parasols you can rent. Also the Mestrovic Gallery, which is next door is worth a visit. And a tip for breakfast/lunch is Kat's Kitchen Deli (10 minute walk). And thanks Milena, for the delicious cookies!

When it is over 30 degrees Celsius the walk to the center can feel a bit long, but there are also busses and with nextbike.hr you can rent a bicycle (didn't try it though)

Highly recommend for a nice stay in Split.

This was a wonderful discovery in Split. The hosts were wonderful, waited for us when arriving, provided water, wine, beer, butter, bread in the house upon arrival and gave us goodies when leaving (home made muffins and figs from the garden). The house is 3 min walk to a lively beach (no shade, but the apartment comes with a sun umbrella you can use). Nice walk into old town (20-30 min). Very nice, quiet area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything - especially the balcony with the view of the sea !!!! We are super happy to have found such a lovely place… The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The Milena’s family… wow! We don’t know where to start with compliments! They made sure our every need was met! Kind, timely, and caring. Thank you so much, we felt as we were at home! The location of the property was perfect for us. We definitely recommend the place and will stay there again!

We had the most fantastic stay, loved the location just across the road from the beach (more locals than tourists on the beach) and found the walk into town just right - about 10 minutes to the old town. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Our host Milena was generous and helpful.

A little flowery oasis in split

We loved the location. The beach was accros the road and half an hour walking from the old town and free parking in front of the property. The best part was the big balcony and the smell of fresh flowers when entering the grounds. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull and appartement is very clean. The kitchen is fully equiped and hosts even provided milk, water, yoghurt and fresh fruits.

Het matras heeft inderdaad een kuil in het midden. Maar het bed is groot en nog steeds heel comfortabel. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen

Mooie plek waar wel wat kritische kanttekeningen bij zijn.

Prima plaats wel wat ver van het centrum Zag er allemaal netjes uit

Er mag zeker een nieuw matras in het bed. Je beland samen in een soort kuil in het midden. Verder lag er in de tuin afval. Verder was de ontvangst niet geweldig aangezien de eigenaar niet zelf fysiek aanwezig was maar enkel telefonisch en zijn moeder er was die bijna geen Engels sprak.

Séjour très agréable avec repas en terrasse vue mer

Accueil très hospitalier. Milena fait tout pour rendre service. Appartment au 1er a une immense terrasse vue sur la mer. Chambre spacieuse, petite cuisine avec l’équipement nécessaire. Situation idéale à 2,5 kms du centre. Nous avons tout fait a pieds en longeant la superbe marina.

Nous aurions préféré un twin bed dans la chambre. Séjour et salle de bain un peu petit. La terrasse compense largement.
