Great Public spaces, Weak private spaces, and Hard to get into and around
Public spaces were awesome—dining room, living room, kitchen and balcony. Host was super friendly and responsive. Really nice partially obstructed rooftop views.
Bedrooms were nothing like the listing photos. All the high quality white bedding, pillows and lamps/decor were stripped away and replaced with discount store junk. The bathrooms were dirty—moldy grout and grime in both showers. Towels were sort of dingy and not soft. There were holes in the bathroom walls and tile were likely towel bars and robe hooks were removed. And the bedroom walls were dirty and scuffed with stains from spilled liquids on them. Getting a car up the super-steep driveway was a challenge, as was parking in the garage when another car partially blocked access by parking in front of the door and leaving too little space. Location is quite isolated so know that there are limited amenities nearby. And finally, it is a hike up many steep stairs to the apartments entry at the rear.
