Beach Villa at Split top location

Location is incredible! So spacious and beautiful pool area.

Nothing not to like. It was amazing.

We spent 3 nights at this incredible villa with a group of 8 friends – and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The villa is super spacious and stylish, with 5 cozy bedrooms, 2 clean and modern bathrooms, and air conditioning in every room (a true blessing in July!). The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of space to relax, whether inside or out by the pool. We loved the private pool area, the outdoor shower, and especially the grill spot behind the house – perfect for long summer evenings with good food and even better company. There’s even a partial sea view, which made our morning coffees on the terrace extra special. One of our favorite spots was Firule Beach, just a short walk away – a sandy beach with stunningly clear water. Also you can find a shower and two restaurants there! The neighborhood was peaceful, but still very convenient: there were supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants just around the corner, and the old town was about a 30-minute walk – a nice stroll along the coast, or just a quick taxi ride, which was about 10 Minutes, when we felt lazy. A big shoutout to the amazing host (Marcela), who made everything so easy – including organizing a airport transfer with the super nice guy Nik for us. The staff overall was also lovely, super helpful and kind whenever we needed anything. The communication was smooth and we revieced great tips for local places to visit. They also provided fresh towels, very comfy sheets and some very appreciated extras (like body wash, soap, diswasher tablets etc.). Also there was a washing machine available (which we didn’t use, but it’s nice to have the option!). All in all, this villa was the perfect home base for our trip. It had everything we needed – and more. We’re already dreaming about coming back next summer!

Wonderful location,just 5 minutes from a sandy beach and several excellent restaurants. 15 minute walk to the centre of Split. Lovely spacious house with large living / dining room, private garden and shady patio.

More storage space needed in one of the bedrooms and bedside tables and lamps on both sides of the beds.

The service provided by Nino was top. He went above and beyond for us. He even drove to the stadium to get us tickets for the Hajduk game. In addition, the location was perfect. A few steps from the beach and marina. A 30 minute walk to Riva or a short Uber drive.

The location is perfect as you have some supermarkets and the beach really near. The villa is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We were wonderfully welcomed by Nino, the owner, who made himself available to answer any questions we had about our stay and our excursions in the Split region. The price was very affordable compared to the other places.

The kitchen is a little small and the cooling system could be improved for one of the bedrooms.

Propreté absolue. Très bien situé. Tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L’hôte est très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. À refaire !

Manque de mobiliers dans les chambres pour poser la valise et quelques affaires. Mais sans grande importance Le porte-serviette de la salle de bain est inutilisable car cassé. Prévoir de le changer.

Perfecte en rustige locatie. Genoeg restaurants in de buurt en naar het centrum is het ongeveer 15-20 minuten lopen (met een taxi 5 minuten). Het zwembad is aangenaam, maar best klein (ongeveer 6x3 meter) - let op: het is geen chloor zwembad, maar meer een zoutwater zwembad. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer is wat kleiner. Mooie, lichte woonkamer met grote eettafel. Het overdekte terras is heerlijk, al is de bank die er staat niet heel erg comfortabel. De host is fantastisch met heel veel tips om naar toe te gaan. Ook excursies kunnen via haar geregeld worden. Wij zijn bijv. een hele dag met een busje incl. chauffeur op stap geweest naar omliggende stadjes waar we wat wijnproeverijen hebben bezocht.

Er zijn 2 badkamers waarvan er 1 alleen een bad heeft. De andere badkamer heeft een heerlijke douche, maar de douchekop kan niet opgehangen worden - niet echt handig want de douchekop moet steeds vastgehouden worden. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, maar nauwelijks groot genoeg om met 2 tegelijk in te staan.
