Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The location is excellent - easy quick walk to Old Town and amazing food options a short walk away. The apartment itself is massive, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was exceptional. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and a dishwasher was an added bonus. Check in was incredibly easy, the apartment was simple to find.

Value for your money right near center city Split!

The host, Fiona, was very wonderful. She was very flexible, available by phone, and helped to meet our needs. For example, she brought extra blankets to the property when we asked. The property was spacious, with 2 toilets and 1 shower, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It would be perfect for a group of 6-8 people traveling together.

We had some problems with pests on the property. However, the host was very communicative and helped us manage these issues during our stay in a professional manner.

Spacious. Comfortable beds. Thick curtains so it’s well dark to sleep. Modern shower and bathroom. Additional separate toilet. Very clean.

It might be a bit noisy in the morning from the people above/ the people exiting/entering the building. But not too bad. And not noisy from the street or anything else.

A great spacious flat within easy walking distance of the old town.

The property was spacious and clean. It had all the needed equipment for cooking and had a great terrace. The host was very helpful and the location of the flat was great with the old town less than ten minutes stroll.

We had no issues with the flat.

Good memories from Split

Having parking in Split was a top priority. The house was also spacious and nice. It was bright and sunny, with good air circulation. It was also close to Split's tourist center, making it easy to get around on foot. Everything was great.

Very spacious and clean. Shower good. Air con in every bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ provided.

It was walkable from the port but up a hill, and apartment is top floor with stairs to climb. Fine for us but for others might be tricky

Big beautiful apartment close to everything.

Renovated spacious apartment very close to old town and ferry. Good communication with host. Apartment is on hill so be aware of the stairs to street and uphill walk to apartment.

Washer would be nice as it had dishwasher.

We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It was very clean. It was very close to the old city in split

The only thing was trying to the get car out of car park.The street was narrow and cars were parked on opposite side of road.

Nice 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. Nice kitchen with a good amount of pots/pans/ cups- but no welcome snacks or beverages.

Lots of stairs so going in/out was a bit of work for older weary travelers - especially as they do not provide any help carrying luggage, and do not provide coffee or any snacks. The bathrooms don’t have much space for guests items (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush). The owner was kind when we met her as we were checking out - but when we asked about coffee upon checking in - we were told the cleaning staff forgot it and we were directed to a nearby grocery store. We would have preferred for it to have been provided- brought to us. The store was closed when we had time to get it-so never got coffee.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

The location, the beautiful parquet wood flooring, the pristine bed linen, the beautiful luxury bathroom and well equipped kitchen, the size. Fiona was lovely, allowed us to check in early and showed us around.

Amazing stay in this very comfortable, cosy and clean apartment in great location.

This was a superb apartment that is waking distance from the old town and promenade. It was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was stylish and the living room was very cosy too with a huge TV. Air conditioning/ heating in every room was a big bonus too.

Not much to criticise at all but if we had to be picky then it'll be bathroom where the floor got quite wet when using the shower, as it's more of a wet room setup. Wasn't a massive issue though.

Awesome and modern stay close to city center

The accommodation was really well organized, clean and comfortable. Being close to the Riva boulevard, the location was perfect but also really quite for a good night of sleep. Contact with Fiona was also nice, she is really helpful and responsive with arranging the taxis from the airport.

The only small thing I could think of is the shower, with not having a complete shower cabin the bathroom floor got quite wet.

Fiona es muy amable. El departamento estaba impecable. Las camas super cómodas. Está excelentemente ubicado en la planta baja de un pequeño edificio, en una calle muy tranquila. No está en el corazón del centro histórico pero está a tan solo 100 metros. Super bien equipado con todo lo que los huéspedes necesitan. Es un departamento para recomendar.

Locatia este excelenta, foarte aproape de vechiul oras Split si Palatul lui Diocletian.

Locatia este excelenta, la doi pasi de centrul istoric. Merita vazut orasul vechi, Palatul lui Diocletian si multe alte atractii aflate in imediata apropiere. Pentru mine a fost foarte important locul de parcare gratuit oferit de proprietate!

Cerca, comodo, limpio y amplio

El apartamento esta a 5 minutos del centro, tienen muy buena ubicación y es grande y espacioso. Siendo 6 personas nos vino muy bien que tuviera 1 baño completo y 1 aseo. Tiene parking propio. La cocina aunque no la usamos mucho, nos pareció que tenia de todo,

No es culpa del apartamento pero para salir del parking en la calle había aparcado un coche que dificulta la salida con una furgoneta grande.

Erg fijn verblijf!

De locatie van het appartement is perfect. Enorm dicht bij het centrum, maar je hebt geen enkele last van de drukte. Het is een kleine klim naar het appartement, maar Split heeft gewoon veel hoogteverschillen dus dat is niet meer dan normaal.

Het viel ons tegen dat het appartement slechts één douche heeft. Dit wordt naar onze mening ook niet super duidelijk vermeldt in de omschrijving. Er zijn twee wc's/badkamers, maar slechts één daarvan heeft een douche.

Unser Appartement lag im ersten Stock und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und wir haben unseren Tag mit einem Kaffee auf dem Balkon begonnen. Fiona, die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und äußerst nett.

Het was een heel fijn verblijf met een top gastvrouw.

De gastvrouw Fiona was heel aardig. Je kon haar om tips vragen omtrent restaurants en leuke activiteiten.

We hadden maar 2 batmatjes deze waren heel snel vuil wanneer je met 5 man dagelijks doucht na het strand. Ook hadden we maar 1 keuken handdoek. We hebben er 1 extra gevraagd. Dit was geen probleem om te brengen. We dachten wel dat we een appartement met een balkonnetje hadden, helaas was dit niet het geval.
