A whimsical and spacious accommodation in the center of all main attractions in Split.

For people who like art and antiques and spacious accommodation it is highly recommended. Central location on the sea. Close to all main attractions and coffee bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

We loved this very eccentric and quirky apartment that's in a really great location.

We loved the location. We also liked the fact the apartment was very quirky and unusual with lots of character. The beds were really comfortable. The aircon was also very good.

The layout was unusual and would suit some but not others. Parking outside can be difficult but there is an underground carpark fairly close by.

Apartment or Museum

Excellent loction ,close to the sea and to all the happening places and historical sites.

Rooms packed with artefacts More like a museum with numerous old wall clocks , dolls, paintings, lamps...like a thousand curious packed in 3 bedrooms apartment Certainly not for the faint hearted. There is absolutely no space to keep your luggage on a table or bench Every bit of space occupied by some curio or other. Overwhelming. Hardly any space inside the wardrobe One bathroom has 2 sinks The other can't be locked The shower area is extremely small... difficult to even stand under Beds creaky. Difficult for a person like me to sleep. The owner isn't the most hospitable.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Split!

We had an amazing time staying in Sergio’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. He was a great host who really cared about our experience in his apartment, I would definitely recommend!

Superb host, great flat, nice view and comfort - the best stay I had!

Great stay and Sergei was a super host!!! Very caring - cheese, salami and water was served by him as it was public holiday. World class! And the interior decoration was fantastic!

3 nuits à Split en hiver

L'emplacement de l'appartement est tout simplement parfait. Tout ce fait à pied pour visiter la vieille ville. Beaucoup de restaurant, boutiques, boulangeries... à distance de marche. La propreté de l'appartement était correct. La vue est incroyable également.

Il est à noté qu'il n'y a pas de séjour (salon) dans cet appartement. Nous n'avions pas réalisé cela lors de la réservation. Aussi, une des salles de bain donne sur la salle à manger et la porte est vitrée +/- transparente (bon à savoir selon le groupe de personne et les sensibilités)

E' stato molto bello, peccato tornare a casa .

l'appartamento per le sue dimensioni ci ha permesso di condividere lo stesso con amici e quindi anche a casa potevamo godere della compagnia reciproca.

l'assenza del bidè nel bagno, ma questo non è un problema, noi italiani un pò viziati lo notiamo.

Vivamente consigliato per una visita a Spalato

Proprietario Sergio simpatico e molto accogliente, appena arrivati ci ha aiutato a trovare parcheggio per le nostre due auto. Eccellente posizione sul lungomare di Spalato. Appartamento ben curato, molto spazioso e accogliente, ricchissimo di arredamenti vintage. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il gusto di Sergio: un vero arredatore e un fantastico ospite!

Absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man Split und die Umgebung mit einer Gruppe erkunden möchte!

Die Lage zur Hafenpromenade und zur Altstadt absolut perfekt! Es war sehr geräumig und durch die drei Bäder, mit einer Gruppe sehr komfortabel.

Das es nur einen Schlüssel gab.
