I travelled as a group of 5 friends, and we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Nepot.
The location of Villa Nepot was ideal - it is right by the old town, and walking distance from many good restaurants, the harbour, and bars in the area. Marija, our host, was very friendly and ensured that before we arrived the place was clean, stocked up and nice to stay in. The beds were comfortable as were the linens, and the bathroom facilities were very good as well.

Fantastic Villa in prime location
The communication with the owner & manager was great! Entry is done via key pad so no waiting for keys. The location is AMAZING!! The villa is part of the outside walls of the palace so everything is at your doorstep. The Silver gate entrance to the palace is right next door. There is an amazing restaurant The Leonis right next door!The bus terminal and port are only about 10-15 min walk very easy. There is a coffee shop and bar directly across the street, a grocery store just down the street, the open air market just down the street. The villa itself is beautiful, all the stone it seriously feels like you are staying inside the palace. The interior is very modern and extremely clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was great as we had our 3 adult daughters with us. Great spaces downstairs with plenty of seating. The rooftop has a nice table and is lovely in the evenings. The A/C was extremely good and cold! They even have A/C in the living room downstairs but really didn’t need it. The fridge had beers, wine & water as well as coffee, which was a nice welcome! It is several levels with open stairs, so if mobility is an issue it may not be the best for you. There is a big bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen on the main level. This is where my husband and I slept, the girls spread out upstairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again!! It was our entire family’s favorite place during our 2 week trip! 5⭐️ 10/10 rating!!

Magnificent, Marvelous , Superb !!!!
Modern redesign within the ancient walls. The esthetic was magnificent. So chic, meticulously clean and comfortable! All the amenities are provided for you. Our host was so gracious and accommodating. The location is a 10. The fruit and vegetable market and grocery store a few steps away. Restaurants, cafes and major sites all within a short walk. We have stayed at many places in Croatia in the past but this place is hard to beat ! A must stay for any large party traveling together in Split. We give this property a 10 rating !

A fantastic, fabulous and well run property with a great location with superb architecture
The property was great, fabulous and fantastic. Air conditioning throughout and over 5 floors with a kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a lounge & TV room inc dining room plus a fantastic roof terrance with an openable cover with another dining area It was part of the palace outer wall so the architecture was stunning with thick stone walls creating a castle atmosphere. My Granddaughter thought she was a Princess in her own castle 😍 The property is in a great quiet location but only 100m from the sea front and the city centre with all amenities very close by If you are reading this please don’t hesitate to book it’s a wonderful property not to be missed Set in the centre of Split with its excellent numerous restaurants, bars, local markets and the towns as a whole’s fantastic architecture and vibe The host Marija was excellent providing superb communication both before, during and after our visit with all the information needed for a relaxing, comfortable and really enjoyable stay
