The location of Villa Nepot was ideal - it is right by the old town, and walking distance from many good restaurants, the harbour, and bars in the area. Marija, our host, was very friendly and ensured that before we arrived the place was clean, stocked up and nice to stay in. The beds were comfortable as were the linens, and the bathroom facilities were very good as well.

The communication with the owner & manager was great! Entry is done via key pad so no waiting for keys.
The location is AMAZING!! The villa is part of the outside walls of the palace so everything is at your doorstep. The Silver gate entrance to the palace is right next door. There is an amazing restaurant The Leonis right next door!The bus terminal and port are only about 10-15 min walk very easy. There is a coffee shop and bar directly across the street, a grocery store just down the street, the open air market just down the street.
The villa itself is beautiful, all the stone it seriously feels like you are staying inside the palace. The interior is very modern and extremely clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms was great as we had our 3 adult daughters with us. Great spaces downstairs with plenty of seating. The rooftop has a nice table and is lovely in the evenings. The A/C was extremely good and cold! They even have A/C in the living room downstairs but really didn’t need it.
The fridge had beers, wine & water as well as coffee, which was a nice welcome!
It is several levels with open stairs, so if mobility is an issue it may not be the best for you. There is a big bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen on the main level. This is where my husband and I slept, the girls spread out upstairs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again!!
It was our entire family’s favorite place during our 2 week trip! 5⭐️ 10/10 rating!!
