Very nice condition. Great bathrooms. Nice terrace. Close to water (one block). Convenient espresso shop 400 meters away. Grocery store not much further.

The apartment was great - sparkling clean and comfortable, a lovely terrace with a sea view and situated in a quiet, residential area. It's just a short walk down to Split's waterfront and old town (one of our party struggled a bit with mobility so would get a taxi back, always plenty of taxis available). Grocery shop also not far for any bits and pieces, but the apartment is very well equipped, so we didn't need to buy much and there's a huge variety of lovely restaurants for eating out. Communication from our hosts was fantastic from the start, and they were very helpful and kind - we were arriving on a late flight which was then further delayed but there was no problem meeting us to hand over keys and show us how things worked in the apartment. They also kindly helped with accommodating our luggage on our check out day. We booked a taxi with them to and from the airport, and I would definitely recommend this - drivers were prompt meeting us and taking us back to the airport. I am very happy to recommend this property.
