Beautiful apartment at a great location.

The couch was great. The firmness of the bed was great. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. I loved the grocery store right down stairs, very convenient. I learned the bus system so the distance to the city center wasn’t an issue. The host went above and beyond to assist me, very much appreciated.

That I received 9 emails from this property, way too many. The fact that I had to pay in cash was problematic. I found out I could pay by bank but refused to do that because of possible fraud overseas in my account. I may have brought more euro cash with me knowing this as ATMs that could be used were difficult to find in Split. You may have told me in emails but because they were excessive I started to ignore them.

Lovely location beach just across the street, easy access to Split old town, very handy grocery shop just downstairs, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby..

I loved this property! Modern, well designed with everything you need, and the sea views are amazing! Ivana the host is so lovely and so helpful, suggesting lots of beautiful restaurants, boat trips and lots of other fun things to do. And she’s always there for you if you need anything or have any questions.

Great location, children friendly fun stay

Great location and wonderful sea view, great for families with young kids- lots of fun activities nearby, beach, fountain, parks, trampolines; supermarket is in same building as the property. Ivana was great host and very considerate. She gave us beach umbrella and fridge, which was very useful.

Split, Croatia is an amazingly beautiful place, this apartment made a perfect family holiday

The location was perfect. There is a big balcony that looks right over the Sea. You walk across the street, and you are on the beach which is part of a large park with all new facilities. Water was unbelievable to swim--easy for my two kids (7 and 9). There is a good size grocery store around the corner, coffee shop about a block away, restaurants are a short walk, there is a marina if you want a boat ride (which we took to the blue lagoon), airport is a short ride by Uber (Uber drives come very quickly), Split central is a short Uber ride and worth the effort. Just a perfect place for a family of 4.

Nothing, everything was taken care of. Host was super attentive.

Love how spacious and clean it is!! Also the comfort of having a washing machine and all the extra towels and mats for beach! beautiful location, cannot wait for the area to be fully developed so we have more cafes/ restaurants without having to go far. Even then, it was so easy to get around!

Nothing but could do with extra pillows for the bedroom.

Loved every part of this property!!

This apartment was unreal to stay in- it was beautifully decorated and location right on the water for you to soak up the sunshine. It was easy to travel to and from the city. The bus station was right in front of the apartment and a short ride away, coming quite frequently. It has a supermarket underneath you so you can buy whatever you need. Ivana was very friendly and accomodating- answering all our questions and going above and beyond if she didn’t know something. It had everything in which you’d need inside so you didn’t have to worry about anything. I would definitely be coming back here when I go to Croatia next time! Thank you for an amazing stay!!
