Good location, good stay - but not 5 stars
Apartment we had was good, bed was nice and overall the accommodation was good
It’s part of a 4 star hotel - even though listed as 5 stars for their ‘amphora garden’. Overall it’s more 4 stars than 5. Breakfast is mediocre at best, on busy morning there are long lines for one of the two coffee machines. Coffee is generally bad, cold eggs, limited selection. Personal seems disinterested in guest needs. We had three days where no one cleaned the room even after notifying the reception on day one.

I’d definitely stay again but on a room only basis. I’d have breakfast across the road at the Beach bars.

Great stay if you’re ok with a little distance from the center
The hotel is pleasant, the room was spacious and included two toilets. The shower and water pressure were perfect. The room was located in the 2nd building and our balcony was large and had a nice ocean view, even though the 1st building blocked a big portion of the view. The gym is well equipped and clean. Breakfast was great - everything was fresh and tasty.
The location- 20 minutes from the old town by car. The area and surrounding is packed with construction, including roads that are closed.

Not quite the 5-star experience
Lovely fruit basket as a welcome gift. Rooftop pool, and indoor pool at the spa. Easy walk directly to beach, with that area undergoing improvements with many beach bars and a lovely promenade to walk.
Staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and were seated but then ignored. We had to stand up, find a waiter and ask for the menu. Which was brought to us, without the waiter offering to take a drink order. And we were ignored again. After 25 minutes we left.

It was average and rather underwhelming. The staff at reception weren’t very helpful.
Well situated and the access to the beach was great.
When arriving our hit tub wasn’t ready and was being cleaned. It only filled with water around 5 pm and by the time we went to bed it was still too cold to use. We booked the stay for the hottub and ended up not being able to use it. The drain in the en-suite had a smell when using the basin which wasn’t great.
