Luxury Apartments Villa Klara

Very nice villa - the property is B E A U T I F U L. It has individual apartments at 3 levels and there is a pool in the villa which is adjacent to a beautiful garden full of plantations and flowers. There is sufficient parking and the villa is big. We got an apartment which was very spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette, living space, balcony and with plenty of seating, including in the balconies. You get great view of the valley. The property is at a drivable distance from Split town centre. You will need a car if you want to enjoy the property or be prepared to get taxis out and back. All the checkin instructions are sent via email (the host is not there at all times), so watch out for that before checking in. The host was accommodating with some of our special requests so thank you for that. The airconditioning is very effective, the lighting is stylish and the pool is very clean and literally gets deep cleaned every morning. Plenty of loungers around it to sit and relax. The property doesnt have the views of the sea due to ongoing construction on the road in front, but there is no sound of any construction activity, the doors and windows have great sound proofing. Sheers, black out curtains, roller blinds are all there if you need to block out sun but there is a lot of natural lighting if you need it. There were some friendly cats/kittens in the property, we personally enjoyed playing with them. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, fridge freezer, hob - everything that you might possibly need during your stay. Location wise, it is 15 mins walk to Znjan beach which is currently undergoing some refurb activity. Also a 10 min drive away from the quaint town of Stobrec and about 30 mins from Split.

There was NOTHING we did not like - the property is absolutely stunning. The reception is not attended by someone, but the host has provided contact details via phone and email and they respond very swiftly so if you have any questions don't feel as if you cannot reach out to anyone. Having a vehicle at your disposal would make your stay very comfortable, so bear that in mind before booking. Oh yes - a little bit extra water pressure in the showers would be a massive improvement

Liked everything

The apartment was large very well equipped, it was spotlessly clean and the staff at check in was extremely helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi and leaky tab but both was fixed extremely quickly and didn’t cause us any problems.

The location was slightly out of the town, but that being said you can easily walk to the supermarket and taxis were really easy to get and the plus side for the location is that it is very quiet. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again- thank you

Locating the property was very easy and the general environment is very lovely. It was good to see a well kept garden and swimming pool which we didn’t use as the weather was a bit chilly. The apartment was spotless with all utensils available and well lit.

There was no internet for the whole stay which made it a bit lull for relaxing movie moments. The staff provided general information and sometimes seemed to get tense when we asked for information we had or didn’t yet have.
