Unhelpful host

Location is good and hotel is very clean. The area has a lot of restaurants and a quite beach.

The staff was very unhelpful. I was just a few minutes late to the check-in time (8 pm!), also telling them in advance, but no one was there to let me in when we arrived. We had to call multiple times to finally find someone to help us. Also no instructions provided when checking in. When we asked why there is no warm water coming from the shower in the morning, the staff just said annoyingly that we should have listen to the instruction which we didn't get!

Extremely disappointed - unprofessional and dishonest behavior We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. One day before our check-in, we contacted the hotel directly to ask if we could cancel our reservation for free. They clearly told us that it would be possible without any fees. Based on this, we contacted Booking.com to proceed with the cancellation. However, when Booking.com reached out to confirm with the hotel, they suddenly denied ever agreeing to a free cancellation. As a result, we lost €350. This behavior is completely unprofessional. If the hotel had simply told us from the beginning that free cancellation was not possible, we could have made an informed decision. Instead, they gave us false information, which led to multiple calls with Booking.com and, ultimately, a significant financial loss. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is shameful. We feel misled and deceived. A hotel that treats guests this way does not deserve their trust or their business. We will never book with them again and strongly caution others to think twice before doing so.

If you’re sensitive to noise, there is a helicopter pad next to apartments and it can be noise when helicopters land or take off. Although, these are helicopters that transport sick people from islands to nearby hospital, so they didn’t fly often and don’t have a schedule.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful view. Very quiet. 25-35 minute walk into the harbour. Apartment was spotless. We had our towels changed every day.

Due to the long walk you would need to uber to the port. Traffic can be heavy sometimes, we missed our boat by a few minutes due to the unpredictable heavy traffic.

Schöne, ruhige Location

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand und nur 20min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Ein toller Weg zudem entlang verschieder Strände. Ein schöner Blick auf das Meer und in die Berge für einen sehr guten Preis. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag reinlich geputzt. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Host sehr einfach, sie war äußert hilfsbereit.

Ons verblijf was kort maar wel fijn!

Appartement dat alles heeft wat je wenst als je een appartement huurt. Complimenten voor de airco. Koelt fantastisch en is verder geruisloos. Heel effectief. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is. Balkon hebben wij gewaardeerd. De communicatie met de verhuurder ging telefonisch via de app en dat ging heel soepel. Duidelijke uitleg. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Goed werkende wifi.

Enige minpuntje is de locatie. Als je naar het centrum wil is het toch een behoorlijk end (35 min) lopen. Wij waren er maar 1 dagje en dan maakt het niet uit. Maar als je er langer zou verblijven zou het misschien storend worden als je elke keer moet lopen.

Ideal para relajarse.

La ubicación (solo 5 minutos de la playa Trstenik que siempre tuvo muy poca gente y es hermosa... excelente muchos buses a 5 minutos también y a 5 minutos de un supermercado y restaurantes, en bus a tan solo 10 minutos del centro histórico y Riva), la comodidad de la cama. Detalle a mencionar, la bajada a la playa si bien es en 5 minutos es toda por una bajada privada por escalera (casi 110 escalones, que para nosotros no fue un problema para nada. Pero esta bueno tenerlo en cuenta para gente mayor o con algún problema de movilidad. Se puede llegar por otro lado pero se tarda un poquito mas. Muy contentos con la atención recibida. Y además pudimos hacer el check in 3 horas antes del horario normal. Aire acondicionado, ventana al exterior.

La ducha estaba bien pero el agua caliente se acababa muy rápido.

La localisation proche du centre de Split était incroyable. Le prix est vraiment donné pour un appartement de ce standing. La terrasse est gigantesque avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. La taille du parking avec plusieurs emplacements dans un espace sécurisé. La communication avec l’hôte (réponses rapide sur What’sapp). L’appartement est équipé d’une cuisine équipée , d’un espace ouvert sur la terrasse, de la TV connectée, la climatisation… Nous recommandons sans hésiter! Le meilleur logement de Split a 100%!

Savršen boravak u modernom apartmanu s nestvarnim pogledom na more!

Ovo je definitivno jedan od najboljih apartmana u ovom cjenovnom rangu u kojem sam boravio. Sve je potpuno novo i besprijekorno čisto, bez ikakvih tragova korištenja. Terasa pruža nevjerojatan pogled na maslinjak i more - doslovno ostavlja bez daha. Apartman je prostran, prepun prirodnog svjetla, moderno uređen i opremljen svime što vam može zatrebati. Wifi je odličan (oko 100 Mbps). Privatni parking je osiguran, a check-in je bio brz i jednostavan. Kreveti su udobni, kupaonica opremljena i čista. Sve u svemu – ocjena 10/10. Vraćam se idućom prilikom u Split ovdje bez razmišljanja!

Jedne noći nas je probudio zvuk helikoptera hitne pomoći koji je nekoliko puta sletio na obližnji heliodrom, ali vjerujem da je to bila izuzetno rijetka situacija i ne bi trebalo brinuti buduće goste.
