Bel Residence

Comfortable beds, staff very helpful.

No lift.

Great location close to the beach. The free coffee machine and croissants was a lovely touch. Great value as well.

Nothing.

The property was super clean and the rooms were fresh and modern.

The location was slightly strange right next to a hospital complex but easy walking distance to the beach and about 30 mins to the old town

It was clean.

The room felt quite small, and our sleep was often disturbed by noise from the pool and front reception early in the mornings. The photos were misleading, as the advertised tub is only available in the suite. The pool itself was much smaller than expected. During our last two days, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable. Reception closes at 10pm, which was inconvenient, and housekeeping only cleans rooms before noon—so if you aren’t out by then, your room won’t be serviced. Martina was quite rude the morning of check out, essentially asking us to leave the premises because we were sitting in the reception area. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of snacks or pastries in the mornings since no breakfast is offered. The fridge in the room was also very tiny. Overall, we didn’t feel the stay justified the price we paid per night.
