Despite the drawbacks, I had a great stay here.

It’s location near the old town and the harbor was great. And the staff was super nice.

Couldn’t recommend enough!!

This room was great in the perfect location. Stayed here for 5 nights you have everything you need the bed is comfy with pillows and blankets towels are provided in the room along with toilet roll and a hair dryer. The owner was so kind helping to make you stay comfortable always open for a chat and giving great recommendations for split. The home was so clean and quite. Couldn’t recommend here enough!!

Great location and has 1 parking spot which is very important if you come with your own car. Though very tight parking so you better be good. Located about 10 min walk to the downtown. Very clean room, good sise room for 2. Bathroom with everything you need. Place has very well equiped kitchen and common living room.

Would be great if the owner changes locks in the rooms as they are hard to use and make so much noise when you try to figure it out.

An excellent place to stay and very comfortable

The accommodation is quite easy to get to from the main bus station and the instructions on how to let myself in and connect to the wi-fi were clear. The place is very clean and in a quiet area. It is just a stone's throw from the Maritime Museum which the owner recommended to go and see. I enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony with a cold drink after walking around seeing the sights during the day! There are food stores within walking distance. If I had any questions to ask the owner, I always received a prompt reply. I would certainly consider staying there again if I ever go back to the city.

Exceptional

Excellent location very close to the center of Split. The private parking spot is a great plus also. The value at that price is good, these are small, compact rooms which is to be expected at this price range, enough to have everything covered to spend the night. Nice common area downstairs as well. I got to meet the hosts and they were very friendly, they gave me great tips for my trip.

Fantastic location, less than 10 min walk to the center of Split. There are few shops nearby. Nice shared kitchen, fully equipped. It’s a good option for a 1-2 nights stay. Location is the biggest asset.

Cleanliness could be better. The room is tiny, you can barely move around. It was very warm in the room, even though the weather wasn’t good.

A nice traditional croatian house

The room is very nice, it could be a little bit bigger but I had no issues with that. It is very clean and the bathroom has a good size. You can use the kitchen and other parts of the house. It is very close to the oldtown but the neighborhood is very calm.

Nice room, good location and we had access to a well equipped kitchen what we didn't expect at all so it was great to prepare some coffee or smt fast to eat. Would come again ☺️
