The room size as we were 2 people and opened the sofa.

Check-in and check.out wasn't good.

We could go walking to the center.

Check-in and check-out was horrible. We had to wait a lot of hours for the check-in...with big bags all the morning walking in the street and nobody could receive the bags. We couldn't do check-out later and nobody appear in the check-out.

Clean, modern and central location.

Ideal location and modern apartment with modern fittings. Clean apartment and the host is more than accommodating. It is just 10 min walk to the central part of old town and is far enough to be quiet from the hustle and bustle of the square. close to port and shops.

Highly recommended.

Great location between old town and public transportation/ferries. Markets are also nearby. The interior is clean, well equipped and beautiful just as the web photos. We were there much earlier than check in time but they were able to accommodate without any issues.

Texting seemed not working, I needed to call them to ask info. Also, if you have heavy luggages, be aware there are 3 set of stairs to climb, but they were pretty wide so not too bad.

Ok experience altogether. TV was not working on the day of arrival - and despite being promised it will be fixed the following day, we had to remind the person in charge before he told us that it will not be fixed.

Fabulous room with every mod con. Loved all of it.

I have a serious complaint about the behaviour of other guests in the nearby apartments who caused a terrible disturbance until 0400. Bad enough for me to consider calling the police. The big downside to properties like this is that there are no staff after hours. It is a serious failing and makes me wonder if I would ever stay there again. Everything else was wonderful. Such a shame it took this incident to point out the huge failure of security with such properties. I take this incident very seriously. At my age I do not wish to feel insecure in my accomodation.

Great stay within a walking distance from town.

It is very well located. just a walking distance from old town. We were four and the room was very spacious, not noisy and comfortable. They provided us with coffee, tea and water. All the staff was very helpful with good communication and suggestions for restaurants.

Beautiful apartment, nice and clean in a great location close to all sites

Spacious and clean apartment located nice and central just a short walk to the centre of split old town. Comfy bed and all the amenities you needed. Great communication, Karlo even sent us all the recommendations of where to eat and go during our stay. Would definitely recommend- thank you

lovely place just disappointing service

the propert itself was lovely . lovely rooms clean and tidy .

one the tv was not working and we were promised it would be fixed and it never happened . secondly it was my daughters 18th and i asked several weeks in advance if something could be sorted for her room . was advised they would sort something nothing got sorted . very disappointed as i've stayed in places in the past and they've gone out of there way for a special birthday .

Great room and location

Great room, very hospitable host who also provided a detailed recommendations list of where to go / eat within Split - we tried a few of the restaurants and they were definitely worth it! Lovely size room and big bathroom, with adequate facilities and comfy bed. Great location too, very close to Split town and harbour.

No housekeeping during our stay - once mid-week would have been nice. Would have like a few extra coffee pods (only had enough for 2 days and were there 7).

A beautiful room and great service

The rooms were lovely and contemporary and we were very surprised about the quality of the room. The Lady who owned the place was very nice and helpful and helped us organise travel e.t.c.

The location wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t ideal with no sea view and a 5-10 minute walk to the port.

For us it was a perfect place for a short stopover. No problems.

The location was perfect & a great TV ( huge) . Comfortable bed & great shower.

For three of us it was a little cramped with the sofa bed in use. A hairdryer would have been useful too.
