Great stay and hospitality!

It was very safe with codes on the gates and door to enter the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff was amazing. Very nice people.

The sofa bed wasn’t a traditional pull out sofa bed.

A pleasant stay with some helpful staff.

Great location, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff came in early one day to cook breakfast especially for me because I had a long working day ahead and wanted to leave with a hot meal. It was very kind of them and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The entry system doesn’t work properly meaning a code has to be entered and also there are no external signs indicating where the hotel is.

Beautiful clean hotel but lacked atmosphere as there were no social areas or staff.

Advertised as 24 hour reception but it wasn’t. The hotel was unstaffed from mid afternoon onwards. There was a number to ring for 24 hour service but nobody answered when one of the other guests had an emergency.

Nice hotel but would not stay again due to poor night sleep

Great location, beautiful building and team seemed v happy to help

Although the rooms are a stylish design, you can hear absolutely everything in the building so we basically didn’t sleep and had to ask reception to ask the people above us to be quiet. When we arrived, their POS wasn’t working so asked us to pay cash, which there is obviously an additional charge for - when we returned with the cash a different employee said it was ok to pay by card. We had also paid for breakfast but our flight was too early - usually hotels offer to make you a packed breakfast but this was not supplied.

Nothing to dislike. It was all great - only way to slightly improve would be the addition of decaf coffee as an option in morning and the mini bar and coffee being available in the room.

A lovely peaceful hotel to explore Split from.

It’s a lovely small hotel in a great location. So close to the ancient heart of Split, but very peaceful with a lovely courtyard. It’s easy to pop back for a rest between seeing the sights and then go out again. They do a great buffet breakfast and all the staff were lovely and helpful.

Easy access with luggage and a beautiful, relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful courtyard and building with modern facilities. Perfect location near taxi rank but also 5 minutes walk to the old town. Close enough to the town but away from the noise.

Lovely boutique hotel

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in Split’s old town, the taxi organised by the hotel picked us up from the airport and was helpful about what to see and do during our stay in Split. Hotel was very modern and clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental which was fine for us.

Breakfast was excellent, albeit taken at the Azur Palace Rooms

There was nothing we didn’t like but the parking was quite restricted in terms of space and also very difficult to find the first time, especially as we arrived late at night.

Nice hotel but needs to organize better

Large room, nice design, close to the old town

Was informing them that I would arrive after 10pm but nobody there and door was closed. I had to call and wait for some help ( not a problem for me but can be annoying for people who are not used to travel a lot). Breakfast was quite poor and served in a different building 50m away. You have to ring the bell and hope someone opens the door (was ringing 4x and waiting for minutes the last day). TV with only 5 local channels and poor signal for satellite TV (did not work most of the time). Check out time is 10:00, breakfast served until 10:00 as well. It's a shame, it could be a 9 or 10 with a small effort.

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit auch konnten wir unser Gepäck am Tag der Abreise den ganzen Tag bis abends unterstellen, erhielten auch Tipps um einheimisch, reichlich und sehr gut essen zu können

Sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel im Zentrum von Split

Ein tolles kleines Hotel mit sehr netten und engagierten Mitarbeitern, zentral und etwas versteckt gelegen, deshalb sehr ruhig, prima Frühstück, gemütliche Terrasse, saubere und Zimmer, Bad mit Fenster, flauschige Duschtücher, die Hafenpromenade Riva ist nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr modernes schickes Hotel in der Altstadt. Sehr ruhig Dank sehr guter Schallisolierung Fenster. Das einzige Manko, bei Anreise mit PkW versteckte Lage nur eine Fußgänger Zone.

A simpatia da maioria dos funcionários. A localização central.

Difícil de encontrar a entrada do hotel. Não tem Recepção 24h. Quase perdi o transporte para o aeroporto por não abrirem a porta para aceder às malas (hora do almoço). O quarto que não corresponde às fotos com maus acabamentos. Janela minúscula com pouca luz. Clarabóia na casa-de-banho com pouca privacidade com vista direta para as janelas dos edifícios vizinhos.

Personnel qui rentre dans la chambre sans toquer et qui nous parle alors que l’un d’entre nous est en train de dormir. Tout l’extérieur en travaux L’accès dans une petite ruelle derrière une station de bus. Un balcon avec une chaise sans aménagement.

Struttura molto carina, la posizione comoda appena fuori le mura, il vicolo di accesso non molto carino. Colazione, anche se nella struttura vicina, abbondante e personale cortese

Camera de luxe al primo piano che dava su un giardino privato ma invivibile per il condizionatore accanto e all'altezza del letto che sparava aria fredda proprio sul letto. Da polmonite. Un camera immensa con un condizionatore posto nel posto più sbagliato possibile. Non tornerei nella stessa camera 102, non so se le altre se hanno sempre il condizionatore che spara sul letto
