Absolutely amazing! Great value, stay, breakfast and staff!

I had an incredible stay at Irini Luxury Rooms. The rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and offers a lot of variety. Jelena was extremely informative and so helpful when we asked her questions or just anything in general about her trip. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it. It’s also located in a great area and close to everything!

Perfection in Split

Wow what a joy. The location was perfect an easy walk from the airport bus drop off, the port and the old town. There was a lift so no lugging bags upstairs. Our room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and we were impressed from the eggs to order with bacon to the cold buffet options. Loved the home-made yogurt cake too. The staff were lovely and quick to reply to any queries on whats app.

Being picky but if we stayed longer a bar fridge in the room would be handy.

Excellent stay, nice location and friendly staff

Great location in Split, quiet side street but right across the street from the tourist area. Easy check in. Comfortable, modern rooms. Incredibly friendly staff. Nice breakfast. I left something in the room after check out and the staff was very helpful in allowing me to pick it up 48 hours later when we were back in town.

Stay here, but not on the ground floor.

The property is excellently positioned and very close to Split Old town. The room presented as clean and modern with adequate space for 2 people. Management are extremely responsive which is great. Breakfast was quite good.

Our room.was on the ground floor, and our door was right next to the lift and breakfast area. Every time someone came into the property we heard them. This happened at very late hours of the night to early hours of the morning which disrupted our sleep every night. Breakfast started being prepared between 6 and 6:30am, and again being just outside our room we were woken up. As a result, we never slept very well during our stay and didn't enjoy the overall experience purely due to room location. The advice is to stay at Irini, but request any room other than the 1 room on ground floor. If we had a room on floor 1 it would have been a completely different experience, however having paid alot of money for this accommodation we expected more, and due to our room location we left Split extremely sleep deprived and disappointed. We were offered a room change on the last night which was appreciated, however the effort required to repack and move was just not worth it as we wanted to spend our time exploring Split rather than packing and moving for a second time.

Location a little hard to find and looked a bit “seedy”. But as soon as we got inside. The place was new and beautiful with marble everywhere.

Thank you Irini, you made our stay in Split a wonderful one. *The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful and hospitable. (We almost could not make it for our pre-booked breakfast due to day trip in the early morning. After knowing our situation, they even helped us to prepare breakfast to go. Super comfy and near Split old city

The Irini Luxury Rooms is perfect! The rooms are spacious and spotless. You have everything you need. The location is perfect: just a few minutes walk from the old town. In addition, there is a supermarket just in front of the rooms. The breakfast is great as well. In addition, the staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend staying at this place!
