I had a fantastic week in the accommodation. The owner lives next door. She was flexible with key pick up times. On arrival she gave us a tour of the property and gave us tips on the local area and trips. She had prepared a small meat platter and even left some cold beer in the fridge.
The 3 floor accommodation is ideally suited for families and groups a like. I stayed with a group of male friends, the pool and BBQ area are really nice, there are a few supermarkets nearby (Lidl is 10 mins walk away). The cooking facilities both inside and out are good, we cooked a number of meals for 9 of us using the oven and BBQ.
We only had one problem when we were at the villa, the gas ran out for the pool side beer cooler, it was replaced within an hour.
I can not speak highly enough about the accommodation and owner.
In terms of location it is a 10 minute walk to the beach. Although it’s about 40 minute walks to the old town of split we were getting an Uber for £2.50. And if you walk along the beach it’s a nice walk with a few bars and coffee shops to stop at.
I honestly can not say anything negative about this accommodation.
