The comfortable villa with pool in Split is located in a particularly quiet neighbourhood. One of the most beautiful beaches - Trstenik - is just a two-minute walk away. On the ground floor there is a recreation room with fitness equipment, a massage bathtub and a beautifully decorated Dalmatian tavern, which can be used by arrangement with the owner. Everything has been functionally furnished so that guests are sure to feel at home. The owner lives in an identical house on the property. Although you are in the town centre, you can relax on the beautiful pool terrace. In the evening, you can stroll along the kilometre-long promenade from one beach to the next. Bacvice beach is also the centre of the nightlife. Shopping facilities and the Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are nearby.
