Just right

We had a window overlooking the sea. A modern comfortable apartment with a short walk down to the sea. Nice restaurants close by in a good area. Very good stay

Worst stay I have ever experienced!

The bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator didn’t work and when we told the host she blamed it on us. The place was incredibly noisy with thin walls and ceiling, wind banged the shutters and helicopter pad 100 feet from the building. There was zero accommodations, not even a pack of instant coffee. When asked about water we were told it’s ok to drink the toilet water.

Overall a pleasant Experience staying with Adriatic queen apartments.

The property is beautiful with just a small walk away from the beach and the facilities are well maintained. I highly recommend this place for a long stay and enjoy your time in split.

The wifi could be better, its always reconnecting I dont know why.

Our stay was very enjoyable

This property is only minutes away from the beach and about 20 minute walk from downtown. It was very easy to find it and check in and check out instructions were easy. The host was always available to help.

Overall, still a good experience and a nice place to stay!

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. The owner was very kind and responsive, which I really appreciated.

The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom, which made it a bit warm at times, and the location—it’s quite a walk if you're relying on public transportation.

Quite nice! Very clean! The reception lady was amazing and very nice! She dropped us off at the airport and has exceptional customer service and Driving skills!! I can’t remember her name but she was amazing!!

Not much, just for future reference the apartments are next to a helipad. It wasn’t too much of an issue as it landed 6 times over our stay and you do get use to it. However I did have a rude encounter with a cleaning lady. She could have been having a bad day but she wasn’t very nice to me.

Not what we expected.

The location was ok a little far from the main area we had to get a hire car.

We were not accommodated in the apartment that was on our booking confirmation which was the ground floor apartment with a garden when we asked why we were told it’s because booking.com use general photos and you don’t always get what is in the picture. We hired a car and parked it for less than 18 hours, the property manager was asking for 3 days parking fee when we told her we only parked overnight and less than 18 hrs she then asked for 2 days. We refused and left €10 for one day of parking. She knew how long we parked because we had to message her to access the car park. The washing machine was locked so we couldn’t use it the property manager said they could do the laundry for €15 we declined. One important thing that is not on the booking.com website is the emergency helipad that is located right next to the property which services the hospital. Helicopters land frequently and are very loud disrupting sleep in the middle of the night, it sounded like it is going to land on the roof of the apartments this should be disclosed on the booking.com page so people can decide if they want to stay.

Wonderful host and a great apartment option, but the room was too basic for the cost.

Božena was fantastic. Warm welcome, quick to answer any question, and genuinely caring. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had a fully working kitchen. The room was also very clean.

Compared to the apartment, the room felt under‑equipped: no hairdryer, just a tiny closet, and only one plastic chair. Overall amenities didn’t match the price.

- every movement can be heard through the walls from another room, basically no sound isolation. - biggest hospital located in the vicinity and it happened that helicopter has been deployed in the middle of the night for an emergency on one of the islands. we didn't know what the hack was going on, lights, unbearable noise, curtains flying all over...

Also information that the apartment is located at the ground floor was hidden in other details of the features of the apartment. It was unfair and I felt dissatisfied.

Great location with sea view.

A wonderful location overlooking the sea. The room was a good size for two of us and comfortable. I chose this hotel as it offered secure parking. There wasn't a restaurant or bar on site, but there were several less than a kilometre away. Getting into the city centre was easy by taxi.

Great place if you are looking for a stay with a 2-minute walking distance from a quiet beach

Super close to a very good beach! A bit further from the center but after some 20 minute walk you can get to the main bus/train and ferry terminal. Closest bus station is some 7 minutes away and you need to go only two stops to get to the center. Bolt (taxi) to the center costs around 6€.

There wasn’t a proper place to dry towels and swimsuits. Major flaw - WiFi didn’t work at all! The closeness to helipad was not an issue for us but it could be disturbing to someone with little kids.

I love the easy location of the room. It´s a completely private room that has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. Moreover, the owner of the house was flexible on the arrival time and check-out. Also very friendly and helpful in terms of recommendations. I loved booking this place!

Great appartements and really close to a magnification beach, there is also a long promenade that can get you to the city center
