Lovely spacious apartment, a short uber ride away from centre

Extremely clean and modern apartment. Mario met us on the first night and went above and beyond to cater for us. The other two staff, man and woman, were so helpful and friendly. Anything we needed, they helped with.

Don’t bother to stay here

There was lots of space. The lovely couple who waited up for us were very nice. Air con was good.

The area had nothing around and you couldn’t even get a coffee nearby. The room smelt of cigarettes and made our washing and clothes smell bad. The apartment also had strange smells in the kitchen. The shower was so blocked it flooded the bathroom and we had to shower in bursts of 30 seconds so we didn’t flood the bathroom. The towels were thin and old. There was no where to relax outside. The chlorine in the pool was so strong it was bad: The apartment was over priced and there was no where to go and so we spent a fortune on taxis. The host was not there and didn’t contact us or help us with advice about the area. There was no iron- I asked to borrow one from the lovely lady who was looking after the place but she stood and watched me iron. For the price of the stay it was not a good standard. Very disappointed and upset we paid so much for a low standard. Would not recommend and it’s a shame as Croatia is a beautiful place that we love. I feel like I would like some money back at over 200€ is ridiculous. The good reviews are misleading!

There was plenty to do such as pool and areas to sunbathe. The pool was very clean and refreshing. it is right next to a shopping mall and there are shops and bakeries near by

Perfect group stay in Split

Amazing ladies made our stay incredible! Very hospitable and friendly - let us also check out late and stay in the common area. The apartment has everything one can need. Would highly recommend for a group!

Mario he was a constant help our whole trip. The cleaner was excellent.

The Host lives at the property (I wasn’t aware of at this time of booking) which was fine but we were a stag doo and we probably weren’t the best around young kids. But the host was still happy with us. so no harm done.

An amazing stay, perfect location and luxurious!!

Villa Naomi made our stay in Croatia completely! Mario and those who work there were so welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful, spacious and clean and only a short walk or taxi to the harbour. We had everything you needed and more.

Brilliant apartment with lovely helpful staff

We had a great stay at Villa Naomi. We had apartment on 1st floor which was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The staff are wonderful and do everything for you they can to make your stay great. Pool is good sized and cleaned every day and the games room is great if you want a break to do something else. we used Uber taxis to get to and from the harbour area and they were generally around 50 kunar each way, much cheaper than the taxis on the ranks which will charge you at least double that. Thank you Villa Naomi for a lovely stay.

Good location, very clean and wonderful Horst. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to any.

Ladies made our stay very comfortable and took care of our all the needs. They even went extra miles to help us to carry the bags, prepared some dinner and breakfast. They are very caring people. I haven’t had this kind of reception any part of the world so far.

Overall we had a nice stay at Village Naomi.

Kind, very helpful staff. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Awesome top terrace for dinner, sunbathing, playing cards. Lovely pool. Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away with everything we needed. Nice sized apartment for a family of 5. The cot/extra bed for our youngest (15 yr old) was pretty hard, but the other beds were very nice.

We needed an Uber when we wanted to go to the beach or go to the Old Town. Everything was a 20-30 min walk and it was just too hot to walk that distance. But Ubers are efficient, affordable ways to get around.

The property was perfect, all modern and clean. The owner Mario couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for us. He was always available to offer his knowledge of the area and suggest what we can do.
