Great option for split! Would recommend

Good location, just outside the busy area. Well appointed kitchen though I didn’t use. She left chocolates as well which was so lovely! Gordana provided a lot of helpful information upon check in. Enough space in the studio for one person. Small washing machine and clothes line.

This is common in Europe but you have to use key to lock yourself into the room which feels unsafe if having to leave building quickly. Nothing specific about this unit but just to be aware. Additionally, I came in September and it was toward end of season but the walls were thin and I imagine if other neighbors were noisy it would carry. I heard the neighbors checking out early morning but they were conscious so it wasn’t a big problem.

Perfect private studio apartment in great location

Gordana was the perfect host. So helpful and friendly and her English is perfect. Apartments Odrina are in a fantastic location at the heart of the old town and 5 minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace. Also very close to beaches and both train and bus stations. My apartment was spotlessly clean and it was spacious and comfortable. Also very quiet for such a central location. The garden area was lovely.

Amazing place

We loved, first of all, the perfect location — right in the heart of the old town, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

A lovely place for a short stay for one max two people. The host was helpful and communicative.

Nice location, simple apartment, clean and just right for one night.

Kitchen was small, but adequate for making a simple, small meal. The neighboring apartment was right across the hall, but the occupants were kind enough to respect quiet hours.

Gordana is a great hostess, the outside space is superb, the studio is well-equipped, it is only 2min from the city-center.

The proximity to other vacationers who have booked one of the available apartments, especially when they are groups of young disrespectful party-goers, despite the rules established by the hostess (no noise after 11 p.m.)…

nice place. all is great ! we enjoyed setting outstide , and making our breakfast the place is close for everything we walked around and did't need any transport!

I really appreciated having a little kitchenette that was stocked with pans and dishes so I could save money and eat some meals there. having a washing machine was also great. the location is PERFECT! it is so close to everything!

Great value studio close to Split centre

The fridge/freezer and heating could be noisy at night so I ended up turning off the fridge/freezer as I wasn't using it, keeping the bathroom door shut and wearing ear plugs.

Great location close to the centre. I didn't hear any noise from the street during my stay. Clean apartment with good facilities including an amazing shower. The owner's daughter checked me in and was very friendly and helpful.

Very kind and helpful host!

Gordana was a very caring and helpful host. She even woke up my son 5 o'clock in the morning because his mobile was broken and he was travelling alone. Everything was very clean and well equipped, thank you so much Gordana ❣

Perfect location, a lot of space, nice garden

A very nice apartment, perfectly located in the centre of Split. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and the park is very close. The apartment is very spacious and there is a very nice garden shared with other neighbours. The furniture is a bit old school but everything is very comfortable and clean

Well organized apartment in the center with big space outside

The apartment is very close to the center and in a silent area. Very good communication with the Owner was very friendly and precise. The kitchen is fully furnished and is included also a washing machine. Excellent Air condition and WIFI. Nice garden with 2 big tables where you can eat.

Everything is in line with the expectation nothing to complain about. If I need to identify something to improve could be to modernize some furniture.

Very nice hostess. Excellent location. Wasn't expecting a washing machine which was great bonus. AC and WiFi excellent. Would definitely come back!

Everything was great. A glass door on the shower maybe. Possibly also a second bin as it got filled up quickly. A peeler for fruit and vegetables? I am nitpicking though really

Everything! Especially the shady outside courtyard. If anyone can find fault here you must be going out of your way to find something wrong. For the location and price it's unbeatable.

Lovely time in a lovely city

Great location, nice and quiet environment, accommodation was just perfect for us (family of three adults, two teenagers and two pre-school kids). Communication with the hostess was clear and informational and she was very helpful. Clean apartment with a very nice garden.

Beinahe perfekt - auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!

Zwei kleine Häuschen liegen sehr zentral, aber völlig ruhig in einem Garten mit schattiger Sitzbank, was herrliches Schlafen - auch die Betten sind außerordentlich gut - ermöglicht, andererseits nur 5 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum bedeutet. Die Ausstattung ist - mit einer Ausnahme, siehe unten - gepflegt, in jeder Hinsicht überkomplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der allernächsten Nähe sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants - es könnte nicht besser sein. Die Besitzerin informiert ausführlich über alles Notwendige und Wichtige für die Ferienwoche.

Das einzige, was uns gefehlt und das aber schmerzlich, war irgend eine Art Kaffee zubereiten zu können, egal ob mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einer kleinen italienischen Espressomaschine oder Filterkaffeemaschine. Eine derartige Anschaffung ist kein großer finanzieller Aufwand Ein Wasserkocher reicht für Teezubereitung, ist aber für Kaffee ungeeignet, außer man nimmt Kaffeepulver, das aber für uns mit Kaffee nichts mehr zu tun hat. So sind wir jeden Tag Frühstücken gegangen, bei einer sonst perfekt ausgestatteten Küche und wunderhübschen Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien unter einer Pergola wirklich schade!
