Fantastic Villa

We loved the property. It was close and walking distance to everything, the apartment was clean and spacious, it had a fabulous terrace with a fantastic view. We also had offstreet parking. Gordon our host was a lovely, caring man who met us at the property, he told us places to go and see he was full of very helpful information. Would highly recommend staying at this fabulous Villa.

Location was perfect for us. Fantastic to have a top floor terrace with amazing views of Split and sunset. Our host was a true gentleman and could not do enough on our arrival and was there if needed with a simple text.

Be aware there are stairs and those to the terrace are steep. Neither were a problem, and we are all in 55-62 age bracket.

Spacious, well equipped, beautiful accommodation in the perfect location for exploring Split.

The Villa is beautiful, spacious, well equipped & it was located in a pretty residential area that was only a 10 minute walk to Split Old Town. We particularly loved the roof terrace that offered shade, sun, comfortable furniture & sun beds. With views of old town, the mountains & the sea, it was perfect. We ate out but there is a fabulous bakery & small supermarket at the end of the road for essentials. Gordan was very helpful & available by text if we needed anything. Only regret ….. we didn’t stay longer!

Great location and beautiful rooftop!

Location was excellent! Just outside of the old town. We loved the rooftop terrace and enjoyed apertivo hour up there. The facilities were excellent and was handy having a proper equipped kitchen. The host was also very helpful in giving us tips on Split and showing us around the accommodation.

Overall a good stay, but villa needs an overhaul and some deep cleaning !

Great space for a group of friends, not suitable if you have walking difficulties, good 20 min walk up a hill to the apartment. 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment, and a further set of stairs to the roof terrace. Beds were clean and comfortable, host was very nice, met us on arrival. The villa is very tired looking and really needs an overhaul ! overall we enjoyed our stay !

Within easy walking distance to the Old Town, Palace, Riva and Marjan Park. Room layout was interesting but loved the location, roof top terrace, amenities in the kitchen and laundry. Gordan even had a fresh bag of ice cubes on hand for the first nights drinks. Very thoughtful.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped with an incredible view of the old town and waterfront. We took advantage of the nice kitchen to cook some of our meals. We also enjoyed sunsets from the rooftop deck. There are two markets and a great bakery just down the street. Getting to old town is an easy walk.

Gordon met us as we arrived and oriented us to the house, even let us in early. A very interesting, romanesque design. Lots of space for our family of five. Roof top of the house was great. Location good for walking into old town.

Great location and a wonderful, fun-spirited host! The views of the rooftop were wonderful and having multiple bathrooms was really beneficial. Gordan was great and always available when needed. You can tell he has put his heart into the house. It's got a fun style, plenty of space, and a great vibe.

Bon séjour à Split

+ : Très bon accueil, logement très bien équipé et propre. Le logement est situé à 2 pas de boulangeries, de petits commerces, de la vieille ville. Une vue extraordinaire de la terrasse quand la météo le permet. Le logement est facile à trouver, mais difficile de se garer dans la rue, donc la place de parking a été très appréciable.

- : Les escaliers dans le logement sont très abrupts, cela ne nous a pas gêné mais il est important d'en tenir compte pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
