Perfect for family of four, walking distance, lovely views

Wonderful and comfortable stay with amazing views of the harbor from the terrace.

The unit was very spacious and clean, stocked with all the essentials that are needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and lovely view of Split, the harbor and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, Reva and old town. Our host Frane was very responsive and helpful with reserving a restaurant for my husband’s birthday. Thank you Frane, we will be back!

We loved everything about the property, but for some people not having an elevator in the building can be a problem.

Perfect would definitely stay again

Good location clean and very tidy Beds were comfortable facilities are perfect and the balcony has an amazing view. The owner is super helpful and even got us a toaster because there wasn’t one with no issues.

Fantastic location to explore Split and islands.

Excellent location with fantastic view from spacious balcony. Host responded very quickly to any enquiries. Everything needed was supplied. Easy access to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

No wardrobe space in en-suite bedroom. Shower leak in second bathroom and only handheld shower. Air con only in main room but ok if bedroom doors left open. These are only minor issues as we really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful apartment with a great view of Split harbor a 15 minute walk to old town

Out of seven stops in a two-week Croatia itinerary, this was our favorite apartment. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities for a memorable stay. And the view of Split harbor and the town was truly spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed watching all of the activity in the harbor without any of the noise and crowds of old town. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Riva and old town. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples or a family. We didn’t have a car, so cannot comment on parking. We did walk to the ferry dock at the end of our stay, about a 20-25 minute walk.

The bedrooms are a little tight and the master, with an en-suite bathroom does not have a closet. We used the 3rd bedroom as a dressing room.

Great location. The view is stunning from the balcony you can see all the port. 5 min by walking distance to Diocletian's Palace and plenty of bars and restaurants around. The apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms which is great for family holiday. All the equipment provided for washing or cooking. Great air conditioning after hot day in the beach to cool down 💙

Disappointing

Been here end of July. No AIR-CON in the bedrooms. Only in the living room. No elevator, lot of steps. No private parking. Had to find in the street. Ugly, old, collapsed building in front the house. obstructs the view. I don't recommend it. you can find better for that much of money.

Perfect apartment for a great weekend in Split

the location of the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for everyone who wants to be close to the old town of Split but not in the middle of it. Nearby you have supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and in 10 minutes you will reach the riva of Split. The apartment is comfortable, clean and in a very good condition. Nice and modern style with a good kitchen and everything you need. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Great view from the balcony and a very nice and reliable host (easy communication via Whatsapp and telephone, everything on time and as agreed). Full 10!

Casas de banho tinham um cheiro estranho, apartamento não estava super limpo! Era difícil fechar uma das portas do quarto e da casa-de-banho! Sugestão: Seria interessante ter uma mesa de refeições na varanda pois a vista é mesmo muito bonita!

De ligging van het appartement was heel goed, prachtig uitzicht op de haven en op loopafstand naar de stad Split.

Appartement was prima, enige minpuntje is dat er 1 airco is in het appartement. De deuren van de slaapkamers moet je daarom wel openlaten. Maar koelt verder prima.
